Invested and built by Guangxi Guanfan Investment Co., Ltd., it is located in Xijiang Education Park, Guigang City, Guangxi Province, covering an area of about 2,000 mu, with a planned total investment of about 2.5 billion yuan, a total construction area of about 750,000 square meters, and plans to enroll more than 25,000 full-time students.

Guangxi Guigang Vocational and Technical College (formerly Guangxi Institute of Technology) is located in Xijiang Education Park, Guigang City. The college covers an area of 2,000 mu, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan and a total construction area of 930,000 square meters, which can accommodate 25,000 full-time students. The construction of the campus is completed in two phases, with an investment of 2.5 billion yuan and a construction area of 400,000 square meters. The second phase invested 2.5 billion yuan to build 530,000 square meters. The college is dominated by science and engineering, featuring engineering. It has designed and set up 10 engineering colleges and 40 majors in automobile, computer science and technology, new energy materials and devices, mechanical and electronic engineering, etc.
