At present, the cultural and art center with an investment of more than 50 million yuan and an area of10.5 million square meters has become the biggest highlight of street cultural undertakings, integrating libraries, theaters, art guidance and training, Quyi clubs and various societies and associations. In addition, there are also 27 cultural activity rooms, 36 cultural activity squares, parks and 3 theaters in the whole street, which have fully realized the construction goals of "one street, one cultural art center, one library, one cultural activity room, one street, one scenic spot and one park" proposed in Basic Year of Grassroots, providing a good hardware environment for the masses to carry out various cultural activities and effectively promoting the development of mass culture. The construction of "knowledge project" focusing on "hundred village stacks" has also achieved remarkable results.
