Hutou Village is located 65km east of Hulin City, with geographical coordinates of 45 58 ′ north latitude and133 39 ′ east longitude. It faces Russia across the Wusuli River in the east and south, borders Yueya Village, Fulu Village and Shanxiang in the west, and borders Jiangwei Village and Wang Jiacun in the north. This is one of the towns with the most borders in China. It used to be a river bank for trade with the former Soviet Union. This place belongs to Hillsborough.
