Online application
Students studying abroad log on to China Study Abroad Network, click on the column of "Employment and Settlement", select "Online Information Registration for Returned Overseas Students", and start to fill in. After the system prompts "Basic information saved successfully", please continue to fill in relevant information such as study and work experience at home and abroad.
Application material
If the returned overseas students need to go through the formalities of employment and settlement in Beijing, I will submit the original and photocopy of the Application Materials to the employer according to the type and material requirements of the employer, and the employer will conduct a preliminary examination of the materials.
Waiting for the audit results
It takes at least 50 working days for returned students to apply for employment and settle down in Beijing (postponed in case of holidays). During the waiting period, if the information provided by the applicant and the employer changes, the employer shall send an email to the relevant personnel in time.
Pay service fee
After receiving the notification of the admission result, the foreign students will pay the service fee of RMB 200 yuan at the return office of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education with their valid certificates (original ID card, original passport and letter of introduction), and get the employment registration card and letter of introduction to settle down.
Matters needing attention
If the information provided by the applicant and the employer changes while the overseas students are waiting for the exam, the employer shall send an email to the relevant personnel in time. Registration cards are generally valid for 40 days, and cannot be reissued if they are expired or lost. Therefore, it must be handed over to the employer within the specified time.
