China Central Television (CCTV)
China CCTV, formerly known as Beijing TV Station, is a news and public opinion organization and an ideological and cultural position in China, which has many functions such as news dissemination, social education, cultural entertainment and information service. On September 2nd, it was officially broadcast 1958, and changed its name to CCTV 1978 on May 2nd.
1996, its online media CCTV was established and put into trial operation. In 2004, CCTV launched a digital pay channel. In 2007, CCTV launched a mobile media channel, followed by an IP TV channel. In 2009, China Internet TV (CNTV), which was revised from CCTV, was officially launched.
