First, the basic provisions of military training

The Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates: "Students in institutions of higher learning must receive basic military training during their schooling." The newly revised Military Training Program for College Students issued by the Ministry of Education and the General Political Department of the General Staff Department 1994 stipulates: "Military training should be a compulsory course for college students, included in the school teaching plan, and the training results should be recorded in the student files." "Military training is generally carried out in the first and second grades, and the time is 4 to 5 weeks."

In order to carry out this spirit, our school decided in May, 1997: "Military training is a compulsory course for undergraduates, and the training results are recorded in the students' record books. Military training is unqualified or students are not allowed to graduate for no reason. " ; "The school establishes a military training score card and loads it into the student file together with the professional graduation scores. No military training score card or incomplete or unqualified training subjects in the score card may not graduate "; "Military training is like studying at school. During the military training, the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of Students in Peking University will still be implemented, and the relevant military training regulations of the school will be implemented. Anyone who violates the military training regulations and violates the school rules and regulations shall be dealt with according to the Disciplinary Regulations. " ; "Party committees and leaders at all levels should attach great importance to students' military training. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the department, all departments should actively cooperate with the Academic Affairs Department to do a good job in students' participation in training, regard military training as an important task of their departments, carefully study and make scientific arrangements, and do their best to implement it. "

Second, the special circumstances of training exemption and slow training are stipulated, and the education department and the school armed forces department are jointly responsible for training exemption and slow training. Students who can't attend military training due to illness or some special reasons and can't arrange make-up classes must have a certificate from the school hospital (other hospitals are invalid) or obtain sufficient proof materials, and can be exempted from training after being approved by the competent leader of the department where they belong and reported to the Armed Forces Department for examination and approval. If a student is unable to follow the military training of this grade due to illness or other reasons and needs to postpone the training, the examination and approval method is the same as above. Students who postpone training should ensure that they train with the next student, and generally do not arrange to train with the next student. For students who have neither sufficient supporting materials nor attend the training within the specified time, the department will give disciplinary action (see Article 9 of this chapter for disciplinary provisions).

Three, military training "three unifications" provisions

According to the documents of the National Defense Office of the Ministry of Education [1996] 1 and [1998] 1, the military training of college students must implement "three unifications", namely, dressing the, uniform emblem (collar flower, cap badge, epaulettes and armbands) and uniform certificate. Therefore, during military training, students' military uniforms, signs and certificates must be ordered from manufacturers and schools designated by superiors. The whole set of clothes includes camouflage clothes (or summer clothes), shirts (or cultural shirts) and belts. Rubber shoes, hat, backpack rope, sign, certificate. When collecting clothes, the school and the student union will make up for it, and the clothing fee will be charged at 4: 6. After the military training, the clothes are not recycled and belong to the students. Individual students who already have military training clothes can no longer buy them, but the styles, colors, old and new clothes must be consistent with those issued by the school, and they can only be bought if they are approved by the Armed Forces Department on the spot. According to the information provided by the armed forces department and the notification time, the quantity and quantity of clothing are statistically summarized, and they are collected and distributed according to the specified time. Students are not allowed to wear clothes without instructions after receiving them, so as to avoid inconsistency between the old and the new at the beginning of military training. Clothes lost or damaged due to poor personal care of students shall be purchased by students at their own expense according to the actual price.

According to the change of market price, it is generally 8- 10 yuan. The school grants 4 yuan to each student every day, and the rest is borne by the students themselves.
