In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted, and registration shall be continued or changed:
(1) without full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Being subjected to criminal punishment or criminal punishment for engaging in project supervision or related business, and it has not been more than 2 years since the date of completion of criminal punishment and the date of application for registration;
(3) It does not meet the requirements of continuing education of supervision engineers;
(4) apply for registration to two or more units;
(5) Take the exam by forging the job certificate and obtain the qualification certificate;
(6) the elderly over 65 years old;
(7) Other circumstances in which registration is prohibited by laws and regulations.
2. Supervise the engineer registration procedure.
The applicant logs on the website of China Engineering Construction Information Network or People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Construction, logs on the "Registered Supervision Engineer Management System", and fills in and prints the Application Form for Initial Registration of Registered Supervision Engineer. After applying for online registration, the preliminary examination materials of the application form shall be submitted to the employer where the applicant is located.
The employed unit shall sign the application form for initial registration and affix the seal of the unit, and submit the application materials (confirmation report) of the applicant's original registration to the Provincial Construction Department for preliminary examination.
After the approval of the provincial construction department, the application materials and preliminary examination opinions will be submitted to the the State Council construction department, waiting for the application results.
What information does the supervision engineer register?
Submit the following information online to apply for first registration:
(1) People's Republic of China (PRC) registered supervision engineer initial registration application form;
(2) A scanned social security certificate issued by the social insurance agency of the employer for nearly one month (retirees must provide valid retirement certificates);
(3) my recent one-inch color bareheaded photo scan.
The applicant who has obtained the practice certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Supervision Engineer shall submit the first registration application within 3 years from the date of issuance of the certificate. Students who have expired must meet the requirements of continuing education for nearly three years before they can apply for admission.
