The commodity house of No.9 Building of Xianyang Yipin Lanxuan Project was delivered in March, 20021year according to the contract, but the delivery of the third phase of Xianyang Yipin Lanxuan has been delayed for more than one year, and the construction of No.9 Building has made no progress.
