Handwritten newspaper materials on educational balance
Educational balance is a popular word now. As one of the supporting products for building a harmonious society, it has attracted more and more attention from public opinion, governments at all levels, parents and society. Educational administrative departments at all levels have introduced a series of measures to increase the intensity of achieving educational balance and strive to give children fair educational opportunities.
As an ordinary citizen, what I want to see most is the harmony of the whole society. I hope everyone, including myself, can enjoy the minimum fairness and justice, and the most basic rights as citizens can be effectively guaranteed. As a teacher, I hope every child can enjoy a good education. However, I have doubts about how to achieve a balanced education.
In order to achieve a balanced education, some education departments have taken a series of measures, such as enrolling students nearby, prohibiting cross-regional enrollment, and prohibiting school selection and course selection. It seems really fair. Think carefully, is it really fair to allocate students to school in a "one size fits all" way when the relevant policies are not in place? If we don't pay attention to teaching management, teachers' quality, campus environment and facilities construction, strive for teachers' due welfare and improve teachers' enthusiasm, can we achieve educational balance by drawing lots to allocate students? There is no difference between a school and a teacher. Even if you are no longer capable, even if you are no longer responsible, even if you are not popular with students at all, as long as the school is a teacher and the state pays wages, you will not be short of things. Is this balanced? Is this balance good or bad for the educated? To put it bluntly, this so-called educational balance is actually a typical "eating the same pot."
We all know how to eat big pot rice. No one will starve to death and no one will want to eat well; No one will be idle, no one needs to be tired, everyone is kind, hello, I am good, hello everyone, a beautiful scene of a harmonious society, and the superiority of the socialist system has once again been greatly reflected. We all know the consequences of eating a big pot of rice. Historically, pot rice has brought great disasters to our country. The typical reward for laziness and punishment for attendance, and the reward for the inferior will inevitably damage the enthusiasm of the excellent and further breed the inertia of the negative. Is this fair to the educated? Is this the original intention of the country to promote educational balance?
How to realize the educational balance, what is the real balance, and how to implement it can avoid such measures that can benefit every educated person and family from superficial and empty talk. Our education authorities still need to make great efforts to consider it from multiple angles, instead of recruiting a few students every year to solve the problem when entering higher schools.
