Schools and kindergartens must be equipped with video surveillance and perimeter alarm systems. The scope of monitoring and early warning should be set according to the actual situation of schools and kindergartens. Must cover the school gate, teaching building, dormitory, laboratory, library, gymnasium, canteen and other key parts, and network with local public security. Video surveillance records shall be kept for not less than 30 days. The monitoring room should arrange for school staff to be on duty 24 hours a day.
