Zhejiang Gongshang University, referred to as "Zheshang University" for short, is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, the second batch of key universities in Zhejiang Province, and a national demonstration university for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Its predecessor was Hangzhou Secondary Commercial School, which was founded in 19 1 1. It is the pioneer of new business education in Zhejiang and the earliest cradle of training business talents in modern China. 65438-0980 Hangzhou University of Commerce was established with the approval of the State Council, and was renamed Zhejiang Gongshang University with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004. Zhejiang University of Commerce is a public general higher vocational college approved by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and organized by Zhejiang Commercial Group Co., Ltd. 20 12 was selected as a model higher vocational college in Zhejiang province, and 20 15 was selected as the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units in China.

Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Commerce, formerly known as Hangzhou Secondary Commercial School, was founded in 19 1 1. After its establishment,/kloc-moved 0/5 times and changed its name 0/6 times. 1973, renamed Zhejiang University of Commerce; 1999, Zhejiang Commercial Vocational and Technical College was established on the basis of four schools directly under the former Provincial Department of Commerce: Zhejiang Commercial School, Hangzhou Commercial Technical School, Zhejiang Commercial Cadre School and Zhejiang Radio and TV University. In 2002, Zhejiang Business Vocational and Technical College was formally established.
