First of all, teachers should receive professional training.

Second, teachers should actively participate in educational research.

"Carrying out educational research is the fundamental guarantee for developing education, schools and talents." Teachers should be good at not only teaching, but also research and teaching. Educational scientific research is a process of constantly discovering, exploring and solving problems, which is the essence of learning. Secondly, as autonomous learners, teachers run through the whole process of education and teaching. Only when learning behavior is daily can teachers' scientific research level be continuously improved. Third, teachers should pay attention to students' way of thinking and psychological emotions.

Every student's personality is different, and the performance of learning mathematics will be very different. Teachers should pay more attention to the specific situation of each student. For example, some students are good at thinking carefully and should think of every point in a certain mathematical knowledge. The advantage of this way of thinking is that they will not miss important information, but it will take a long time. Teachers should teach students how to filter the important information in mathematics knowledge and ignore the unimportant parts, thus saving learning time. Some students are good at jumping thinking. The advantages of this way of thinking are high speed and strong ability to accept knowledge, but it is easy to make mistakes because of carelessness. Fourth, teachers should use appropriate teaching methods flexibly.

Some teachers use interesting teaching methods to make the classroom lively, but ignore the content in the textbook. Students learn easily and have a strong interest, but they don't learn what they should. Isn't this putting the cart before the horse? Familiarity with the knowledge in textbooks is the most basic duty of teachers, and it is also necessary to master the relationship between mathematics knowledge in grades one to six. Teachers should formulate appropriate teaching methods according to the knowledge in the textbook, and adopt various teaching modes on the basis of grasping the content and teaching objectives of the textbook, so as to ensure that students will not "digress" and learn knowledge in interesting classes.

Seven, teachers should constantly sum up teaching experience.
