Soldier process
There are about seven steps in the process of being a soldier, as follows:

Step 1: Register online.

Male college students (including students and fresh graduates) who intend to join the army can log on to the National Recruitment Network (website:) and fill in their basic personal information. After successful registration, they can download and print the registration form of college students' pre-requisition objects. In line with the conditions of national student aid, you should also download and print the Application Form for Compensation for Recruitment Tuition of College Students with National Student Loan (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form and the Application Form respectively).

Step 2: Preliminary inspection

According to the notice of the school's People's Armed Forces Department, students who attend the preliminary examination at the designated place with their ID cards and student cards at the specified time and are identified as the objects of preliminary examination will receive the registration form and registration form after being examined and sealed by the military service organs and relevant departments of the school.

Step 3: Physical examination and political examination

After the recruitment begins, the school's Armed Forces Department will inform college students of the specific time and place of physical examination. The notice requires that college students can take their ID card (household registration book), student ID card, registered registration form and registration form directly to participate in the physical examination organized by the Gulou District Recruitment Office, and the public security, education and other departments will simultaneously conduct the joint examination of political examination.

Step 4: Visit and investigate.

Those who have passed the preliminary political examination and physical examination will be notified by the recruitment office of Gulou District to the grass-roots People's Armed Forces Department where the college students are located and arranged for a visit.

Step 5: Book new employees.

Gulou District Conscription Office comprehensively measures those who pass the medical examination and political examination, and determines the objects to be approved for enlistment. Under the same conditions, fresh graduates with high academic qualifications will be given priority as scheduled employees.

Step 6: Make a publicity list.

The list of persons to be hired will be posted in Gulou District, subject to the supervision of the masses, and the publicity time will not be less than? 5 days

Step 7: Approved for enlistment

Those who pass the physical examination and political examination will be officially approved to join the army after publicity, and a notice of enlistment will be issued. Students cancel their registered permanent residence with the Notice of Enlistment, enjoy preferential treatment for conscripts, wait for handover and departure, and transport them to the army for service. If you apply for tuition assistance, you should also send the original application form stamped with the official seal of the conscription office and a copy of the notice of enlistment to the Student Financial Assistance Management Center.
