In order to respond to the requirements of higher education authorities to promote teaching reform and explore efficient classroom teaching mode in primary and secondary schools in the whole region, after a period of research and discussion, the school has formulated an implementation plan for classroom teaching mode reform in our school and tried it out in the first grade of junior high school.
I. Guiding ideology
With the goal of improving teaching quality in an all-round way, guided by the close combination of teachers' teaching and students' learning, guided by changing classroom teaching mode and guiding students to actively participate in classroom teaching activities, we will vigorously promote classroom teaching innovation and realize classroom teaching efficiency.
Second, the overall goal
Integrate educational and teaching resources, carry out effective teaching research, and build a learning plan-based classroom teaching model that integrates learning plan preparation, classroom guidance materials and after-class consolidation training. Classroom teaching takes "goal guidance-presenting guidance materials-teaching learning materials-classroom feedback" as the link to maximize the benefits of classroom teaching and cultivate students' learning ability and quality of independent learning and cooperative inquiry.
Thirdly, the strategies, models and methods of classroom teaching reform.
(1) strategy: small steps and quick running, large span, fast pace and diligent feedback.
Small steps: to arrange the teaching objectives of each class reasonably, not to pursue large classroom capacity, and to base on two basics.
Long span: refers to the reasonable arrangement of teaching progress and the timely completion of each semester's teaching tasks.
Fast-paced: refers to completing the teaching tasks of each class in class, without delay or wasting effective teaching time.
Diligent feedback: refers to the timely feedback of teaching quality every class, week and month through various tests; Pay attention to the quality of students' homework and deal with the problems in students' homework in time.
(B) Mode: goal-oriented learning-presenting guidance materials-teaching learning materials-classroom feedback.
1. Teachers should complete six tasks in the process of collective lesson preparation:
(1) Teachers in the same grade determine the teaching objectives of each class hour in this subject week, and determine the teaching content through collective lesson preparation;
(2) Design a preview study plan according to the teaching objectives.
(3) Teaching objectives in class hours, selecting appropriate and effective guidance materials;
(4) Determine the time arrangement of the teaching process;
(5) forming lesson plans;
(6) Determine the daily operation design.
The discipline steering group will review and revise the teaching plan and learning guidance materials.
2. Teachers in the classroom to implement four steps:
(1) Show the goal and set the situation;
(2) Show guidance materials, and students will discuss and study in groups;
(3) teaching new learning materials;
(4) Check students' understanding and strengthen their learning skills through classroom tests.
(3) Methods: Give feedback once every class, test once a week and summarize once a month.
Feedback once per class: New class teaching and review class must have in-class feedback link, teachers should give targeted after-class counseling, and adjust after-class homework design according to students' feedback.
Exam every Monday: Every Friday morning and Friday, the test paper is drawn from the preview study plan, classroom guidance materials and daily homework design questions of the previous four days, and the exam does not add unanswered questions, with a passing rate of 80%.
Summary on the first day of each month: the content of the exam should not exceed the study scope of this month, so as to ensure an objective reflection of the students' study situation this month; The difficulty should be appropriate to ensure that most students have a sense of accomplishment, experience the joy of learning and succeed. Appropriate difficulty standard: 80% of students scored above 60, and 20% scored above 90.
Fourth, the specific measures to implement classroom teaching reform
Curriculum
1. Monday to Thursday is the new lesson teaching day, and Friday is the quality inspection and feedback day.
2. Class time allocation: 9 classes a day, 40 minutes each, a total of 34 classes (2 classes on Wednesday afternoon).
3. The first day:
Chinese 6, Math 6, English 6, History 2, Politics 2, Geography 2, Biology 2, Physical Education 2, Music 1, Art 1, Information 1, Reading 1, Calligraphy 1, Class Meeting/kloc-0.
Friday morning exam: Chinese, mathematics, foreign language single-volume exam, political history and geography, biology combined exam, a total of 5, each 40 minutes.
Feedback on Friday afternoon: After the results are announced, 80% of the students in all classes pass the exam. Eligible students can enter the campus to participate in various sports activities, community activities and library reading activities. Students who fail will stay in the class and correct the wrong questions under the guidance of the teacher until they pass the teacher's test.
Classroom teaching
Teachers implement four steps in the classroom:
The first time: indicate the goal, set the situation, and control the time within 2 minutes.
The second stage: show the counseling materials, and the students discuss and study in groups. The time is controlled within 8 minutes, which can be extended appropriately.
The third stage: the time for teachers to teach new learning materials should be controlled within 20 minutes, which can be appropriately extended according to the actual situation.
The fourth stage: check students' understanding and strengthen their learning skills through classroom tests, and the time is controlled within 10 minutes.
As for learning guidance materials, it should not only stimulate students' interest in learning in classroom teaching, but also provide intellectual support for learning new curriculum materials in the future. Good tutoring materials must be familiar to students and designed according to their knowledge base.
The time planning of classroom teaching process must reflect four periods, but the time can be mastered flexibly. This time allocation must be completed in collective lesson preparation and presented to students with the help of multimedia at the beginning of classroom teaching.
(3) Teaching management

About lesson preparation: Take the way of collective lesson preparation, and the class teachers of grade groups jointly complete the design and compilation of lesson plans. We require grade group teachers to hand in the relevant materials for collective lesson preparation before going to work every Friday, and the guidance office will upload the electronic documents of the handed-in materials to the school website in time.
2. Classroom management
The guidance office, the discipline guidance group and the teaching and research team leader attended the class to understand the implementation of teachers' classroom objectives. The guidance office gives weekly feedback on the classroom teaching of all grades.
3. Evaluation management
Optimizing homework design every day requires careful design, cooperative discussion and hierarchy by teachers of the same grade. Friday's test paper is extracted from the study materials of the previous four days, and there are no questions that have not been tested.
After the exam, the guidance office immediately organized relevant teachers to mark papers, timely counted relevant data, and announced the results.

(3) Carry out a series of effective classroom teaching activities, create an atmosphere of curriculum reform, and initially explore the curriculum reform model. First-grade teachers begin to prepare lessons collectively one week in advance, and prepare preview study plans, classroom guidance materials and students' homework after class.

Grouping principle: Arrange seats reasonably according to students' gender, personality, hobbies and differences in academic performance, and divide study groups. Try to construct the classroom teaching mode of learning plan guidance.
Carry out a series of training activities for teachers, student group leaders and other personnel at different levels, unify their thinking, improve their understanding, and clarify the specific operating procedures of classroom teaching and the arduousness and complexity of curriculum reform.
20XX launched the first phase of classroom teaching mode summary activity in June. Let's participate in the class evaluation activities and exchange feedback on classroom experience. After each class, teachers should write a reflection on teaching, feedback real information, exchange and summarize, and form a rational understanding.
The third stage: (20XX.7——20XX.8) gradually formed. After practical exploration, the reform of one-semester classroom teaching mode was reviewed and summarized in stages, and the experience materials were formed. The preparation group, individual teachers, discipline guidance group and guidance office are classified and summarized to form written materials and collect research results.
