Instrument training content
Training on operating procedures for common instruments and equipment of ECG monitor II. Note: 1. Pay attention to safety and connect the ground wire. 2. ECG recorded by chest comprehensive leads cannot analyze ST-T changes and QRS waveforms according to the standard of conventional ECG. 3. When installing the electrode, degrease and clean the skin, reduce the skin resistance as much as possible, and avoid QRS amplitude being too low or interfering with deformation. The electrode should be in close contact with the skin and be replaced at any time when sweating. In order to facilitate defibrillation when necessary, it is necessary to leave and expose the position where the electrode plate is placed in the patient's precordial area for defibrillation. 4, once the instrument fails, must get in touch with full-time maintenance personnel, don't open the cover or chassis without authorization. 5. Do not soak the sensor in water or disinfectant. 6. Don't wet the pins of the cable. 7, frequent disinfection of the sensor will cause damage to it, only when necessary to disinfect the sensor. Operating procedures of micropump 1. Operating process: 1. Prepare the information and bring it to the patient's bedside, and check the bed number, name, purpose and significance of the stone. 2. Install and adjust the micro-injection pump, and fix the injection pump on the infusion stand or bedstead; Turn on the power, turn on the power switch. Connect the syringe for extracting liquid medicine to the extension tube, exhaust the air completely, and fix it on the infusion pump correctly. Set the injection speed correctly; Check again for air bubbles. 3. Connect the venous access and inject the liquid medicine. Connect the syringe to the intravenous puncture needle. Routine skin disinfection, venipuncture and needle fixation. Press the "Start" button of the injection pump for injection. After rechecking, sign the injection execution form, stick it on the micropump or mark it on the syringe. Observe the patient's vital signs and reaction after medication, and readjust the infusion speed if necessary. If there is an alarm sound, after the cause is handled, press the "Start" button, and then continue the injection until the patient lies in a comfortable position, explain the precautions, and tidy up the operating procedures of the micropump for use. 4. Stop using microinjection pump. After the liquid injection, press the "Stop" button to stop the injection, turn off the injection pump, and separate the syringe from the intravenous puncture needle or pull out the needle. Now turn off the machine and pull out the needle if necessary. Assist the patient to lie in a comfortable position, make the bed unit and clean up the items. Carry out health education according to the patient's condition. Wipe the microinjection pump and charge it for later use.
