1. Although Zhejiang College of Special Education is the first independent higher vocational education institution in China, it is a public school, not a national demonstration vocational college evaluated by the Ministry of Education, nor a high-quality specialized vocational college.

2. The teaching staff of Zhejiang Special Education College needs to be improved. There are only eight excellent teachers at the provincial level, and there are no libraries and gymnasiums.
