1. Meet the normal and reasonable needs of students as human beings. Caring for students' happiness, meeting students' normal and reasonable needs as a person and respecting students' human rights are a basic right of a person and an important prerequisite for implementing the principle of humanity in education.

2. Respect students' personality and dignity. Modern education must treat people as human beings and subjects, and oppose all remarks and practices that despise people and only regard people as means. In modern anthropological thought, personality and dignity are linked, and dignity is essentially personal dignity.

3. Create a school life with space to cultivate human nature.

4. Consciously cultivate students' humanistic spirit. Teachers have humanistic spirit, and treating students with humanistic spirit is the premise of cultivating students' humanistic spirit. However, this is not enough. Students should be given humanitarian education consciously and systematically, especially in the teaching of various subjects, such as caring for human life, caring for human happiness, respecting human dignity and rights, loving and fearing nature, and having a sense of responsibility.

5. Put forward strict and reasonable requirements for students. Respecting students does not mean letting go. Letting students go is just another disrespect for students. Respect must be combined with strict requirements and unified.
