Oriental College of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics is an application-oriented undergraduate college with economic management as the main body and coordinated development of science, management, literature, art, law, science and engineering. It is a full-time undergraduate independent college approved by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government 1999 and confirmed by the Ministry of Education in 2004. On September 20 10, we moved from Hangzhou Wenhua Campus to Chang 'an New Campus of Lianhang Economic Development Zone, Haining City, Zhejiang Province. In 20 14, the college was rated as an advanced unit in the research and practice of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities nationwide; 20 15 and 12 were approved as the first batch of ten application-oriented construction pilot demonstration undergraduate universities in Zhejiang province; 20 16, 12 was elected as the vice chairman unit of Zhejiang applied university alliance and the director unit of the national innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation group of financial and economic colleges.

The college is located in Haining, a famous historical and cultural city and the capital of modern leather clothing, covering an area of nearly 1,000 mu, with a construction area of 3 1 1,000 square meters. The college has convenient transportation, close to Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway and Hangpu Expressway. The planned Hangzhou-Shanghai intercity railway goes directly to the entrance of the college, and the linear distance from Xiasha Campus of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics and Linping of Hangzhou is 10 km. With complete teaching facilities, excellent living facilities and elegant campus environment, the college is one of the "Top Ten Most Beautiful Campus in Zhejiang Province".
