I. Safety in production

1. Assist Feed West Factory and Processing Department No.2 Factory to establish and improve the safety production system, and supplement and improve the rules and regulations, warning signs and operating procedures of the above two units.

2. Earnestly implement the annual activity plan of Yantai City's cornerstone project of safety production, carry out team building activities, organize safety supervisors and main leaders of more than 20 subordinate units of the company to discuss and study feasible schemes, hold mobilization meetings and dispatch meetings for many times, and establish and formulate 23 safety team production inspection contents at the same time, and carry out "safety standard team" activities throughout the company.

3. Together with the processing plant and Taihua Safety Supervision Bureau, the emergency plan for ammonia leakage was revised and sorted out, and the leaders of the fire brigade and the safety supervision bureau were invited to consult the plan, which supplemented and improved the deficiencies in the original plan, and combined with their own characteristics, an effective emergency plan was formulated.

4. In order to enhance employees' safety awareness and legal knowledge, on March 28th, jointly organized with the Ministry of Personnel, Song, the company's legal adviser, was invited to conduct legal knowledge training in the conference room on the fifth floor. May and June are the national "Safe Production Month". ① Through questionnaire survey and answering questions, improve employees' understanding of "National Safety Activity Month" and related safety knowledge, and actively organize company employees to participate in "Millions of Employees' Answering Questions". By the end of June, more than 500 employees had participated in the activity.

② Participate in the "Safe with Me" speech contest organized by Laiyang City Safety Committee. From June 10 to June 13, the first and fifth chicken washing farms of the Ministry of Poultry Culture were comprehensively inspected and investigated, and 9 potential safety hazards were found, and suggestions were put forward for the "three-line problem" of a chicken house:

① Fan line, which requires the first chicken farm to pull down the fan line from the roof and put it on.

(2) Lighting circuit, some henhouses are out of date, and the circuit and bushing need to be replaced.

(3) brooding umbrella lines, all brooding umbrella lines in the henhouse are required to be laid along the wall, and each brooding umbrella is separately connected with a circuit breaker.

(3) Carry out the "Work Safety Emergency Plan Exercise Week" activity. On June 29th, Taihua conducted an emergency evacuation drill for ammonia leakage. More than 360 members of the company management committee, captain Dong Lijin of the municipal fire brigade, deputy director Li Zhenwei of the municipal safety supervision bureau, chief Wang Zhiguo of the second division of the municipal safety supervision bureau, members of the leadership team and employees of Taihua Company participated in the evacuation drill, and more than 60 persons in charge of various units (departments) and safety supervisors of the company participated in the observation. After careful organization and arrangement, the emergency evacuation drill was a complete success. Through the drill, the safety awareness of the company's cadres and employees and their ability to deal with unexpected accidents have been enhanced.

(4) Organize safety inspection to eliminate potential safety hazards. During the "Safety Month" activities, combined with the "investigation and management of hidden dangers in production safety" and "100 days of production safety" supervision activities, we will conscientiously carry out special inspections on production safety. On March 9-14 and June 13-20, respectively, we conducted quarterly safety inspections on 2 1 departments under the company, such as chicken farms, hatcheries, base departments, processing plants, feed factories, Taihua, packaging plants, Riley and general affairs departments, and found various safety hazards/kloc-0.

6. Team is the most basic production unit of an enterprise and the ultimate goal of enterprise safety management. In the second quarter, in accordance with the requirements of the annual activity plan for the first quarter of the city's safety production cornerstone project, the safety office assisted and urged all units (departments) to establish and improve the construction of safety teams. Through a series of measures, such as setting up team safety officer, team post responsibilities, setting safety team objectives and establishing safety activity garden, all safety work is managed, everyone is responsible, the work is standardized and inspected, and all work related to safety production is linked and coordinated with all employees.

Second, the case handling and other work

1. After several months of preparation, 20 farmers were sued and subpoenas were served. Among them, some farmers have contacted the company to seek solutions, and now they are reconciling with the finance of the processing plant with the cooperation of the first base.

2. The labor dispute cases of Jia Jihao, Bian and Tang Jinzhong have been coordinated with the Ministry of Personnel, and the cases are currently being handled.

3. Assist the testing center to contact Qingdao Xintiandi Solid Waste Disposal Co., Ltd. for many times to help solve the disposal of chemical residues, bottles and other wastes and solve the important unqualified items in the audit.

4. Actively cooperate with the supervision and inspection of fire control and safety supervision departments, which has been affirmed and pointed out the shortcomings.

On July 1 day, the Supervision Brigade of the Safety Supervision Bureau inspected the No.2 Factory of the Processing Department. The main problems are: first, the compressor of the old equipment has no protective cover, and there is no special explosion-proof lamp for the internal lighting of the computer room; Second, the problem of Jiang Yonghao and Song going to work without a license; 3. There is no safety agreement with Riley boiler room; Four, the emergency plan should increase the contact information of the surrounding units, neighborhood committees and other units, in order to ensure the safety of the surrounding people and personnel in an emergency.

5. Prepare and convene the third congress of trade union members and workers.

6. After the fire broke out in the company's sixth chicken farm on March 2, the company communicated with the fire brigade many times, so that the aftermath of the accident was properly handled.

Third, there are shortcomings.

Although some achievements have been made in the past six months, there are still some problems, mainly including the following aspects:

(1) The daily inspection and guidance of the subordinate units (departments) of the company are not done enough, especially the inspection of the operation of special equipment.

(2) The workshop and equipment of the second factory of the processing department are outdated, the lines are seriously aging, and there are many potential safety hazards.

(3) There are still some unit leaders who pay insufficient attention to safety work and have a weak sense of safety. For example, the Safety Month Activity Plan issued by the company clearly points out that all units (departments) are required to seriously convey, implement and implement the notice after receiving it. Make full use of blackboard newspaper, safety activity garden, propaganda slogan, etc. Publicize and implement safety knowledge to employees, and enhance their safety awareness. However, during the inspection, it was found that the contents of the publicity boards in front of individual units were old or blank, and the existing propaganda positions were not well utilized.

(4) Although Taihua's "Emergency Evacuation Drill for Ammonia Leakage" is quite successful, we should also see its shortcomings. When an emergency happens, the alarm and contact information cannot meet the actual requirements.

Four. Work plan for the second half of the year

1. Adjust the focus of work, focus on daily inspection and guidance of all units (departments), ensure supervision before service, and assist Taihua Gaogezhuang processing workshop to establish and improve the safety system. Because of the complexity of employment in Gaogezhuang processing workshop, it is suggested that the unit or company introduce the employee management plan as soon as possible.

2. According to the safety inspection in the past six months, combined with the new version of the Food (Comprehensive) Safety Standardization Examination Form released by the Provincial Light Industry Association in June 5438+ 10, 2008, the Office will further improve and modify the Safety System Assessment Method, and the revised contents mainly include:

(1) supplemented the equipment inspection in the original assessment scheme, increased the inspection and assessment contents of boilers, refrigeration compressors, generators and other equipment, and further improved the management of hazardous chemicals in the original assessment scheme.

(2) Strengthen the inspection of employee training and drills, especially fire drills and emergency evacuation plan drills. 4. Strengthen the handling of all kinds of cases, closely cooperate with the base department, and strive to close all cases before the end of September. It is suggested that in the future, if all kinds of disputes and labor dispute cases caused by weak sense of responsibility, careless work and non-compliance with the company's requirements cause economic losses to the company, the responsibility of the responsible person shall be investigated according to the principle of "whoever is responsible will deal with it".

In order to better enrich the cultural and recreational life of employees, it is planned to hold the third employee sports meeting in the second half of the year and the Spring Festival Gala on New Year's Day at the end of the year.
