When I first read The Educator, I realized the growth, influence, style and happiness of educators. Among them, reading the case of Wang Yaoqing, a Peking Opera master and opera educator cited in the book, has great inspiration for our educational and scientific researchers. Example: After the age of 40, Mr. Wang lost his voice and it was difficult for him to perform on stage again, so he devoted himself wholeheartedly to the cause of cultivating opera talents. Four famous actors in Beijing Opera, four famous actors and all other accomplished actors studied under Mr. Wang. At that time, someone praised: "medicine is nothing but camphor trees, and art is nothing but kings." He can teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and four famous teachers have been taught by him, but they have different styles and form their own family. Some people commented on this (a famous field of art, specializing in old students, Wang's predecessor) and: "The revolution only succeeds by itself; Wang Yaoqing revolution, make way for others. After Tan Xinpei, none of the old students can catch up with Bùi Tín; After Wang Yaoqing, Dan Jiao made her debut in the spotlight ... creating four famous new roads. " This evaluation may not be appropriate for Tan Xinpei, but it is meaningful for Wang Yaoqing.
Teacher Wang is an excellent teacher of mentoring. Therefore, I think our educational researchers and administrators have the responsibility to guide young teachers in the daily teaching and research process. When instructing teachers, we should learn from Mr. Wang, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and learn from his tailoring. If the guidance is not uniform, the influence should not be limited. In other words, we should guide young teachers to understand theories, methods and strategies, and then apply them to their own teaching practice to form teaching methods suitable for their own teaching styles.
Only in this way can we avoid the embarrassing situation of "one thousand people" and make classroom teaching show great vitality. Only in this way can we train more backbone teachers and give full play to their specialties. Only in this way can we reduce the pressure and burden of teachers, create a "low-burden, high-quality" classroom and improve the teaching quality in a large area. Only in this way can we realize the resonance of ideas and the change of behavior.
