Fresh graduates must obtain academic qualifications and degree certificates before July 3, 20201; Returned students must have the same academic ability and degree certificate recognized by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education authorized by the Ministry of Education.

Must have a college teacher qualification certificate. Those who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within one year after employment.
