Hua Hui College, namely Hua Hui College of Hebei Normal University, was established in June, 20001year. Hua Hui College is located at No.469 Hongqi Street, qiaoxi district, Shijiazhuang, Hebei. It is an independent secondary college with full-time undergraduate level approved by Hebei provincial government and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. It is the second batch of enrollment in Hebei Province, so Hua Hui University is the second one.
