He Lantian, male, Han nationality,1born in February 1965, from Huangmei, Hubei,1joined the work in July 1983,1joined China in May 1992. Graduated from Huanggang Normal University, with a university degree, a senior middle school teacher. He is currently the director of Huanggang Education Bureau, secretary of the Party Committee, and a member of the Standing Committee of Huanggang Municipal People's Congress.

He used to be a member of the Party Committee and director of the office of Xiaochi Town, Huangmei County, director of education of Huangmei No.1 Middle School, principal of Huangmei No.5 Middle School, secretary and principal of the Party Committee of Huangmei No.1 Middle School, deputy secretary and director of the Party Committee of Huangmei County Education Bureau, president of Huanggang Education Science Research Institute, vice president of Huanggang Middle School and deputy secretary of the Party Committee.
