1. Log on to the website of China Construction Engineer, click the second-level construction engineer registration system, select the province, click Enter to enter the first-level and second-level construction engineer systems, click the enterprise registration portal of construction engineer to enter the enterprise edition (if it is the first-time registered enterprise, please save and submit it), click "Initial Registration" in the directory tree on the left, and click "Import Personal Declaration Information" next to the declaration status to pop up the webpage.

2. Review: click the "Review" button behind the employee information to review the employee's information, including the start and end time of the labor contract, etc. After the accounting is correct, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form to complete the enterprise review.

3. Report: uncheck the box in front of the person's name and click the report button (the word "Report button" in the right column of the report status is yellow). The person has been reported to the competent department, and the person who successfully reported it is under review.
