Educational Dilemma of Parents and Teachers
Education is an important part of children's growth, but in the process of education, parents and teachers are also facing various difficulties. This paper will discuss the problems faced by parents and teachers in education from three aspects: parents' silent voice, teachers' burden and excessive expectations.

The silent voice of parents

Behind introverted children, there are often parents who are also not good at talking. They are also confused and helpless when communicating with kindergarten teachers. It's not that I don't want to say it, but I don't know how to speak, and I don't know how to express my inner worries and expectations.

The burden of teachers

Many parents entrust the important task of education to teachers. They seem to think that once their children enter the school gate, teachers become the only guardians of their children's growth. However, education is not a unilateral responsibility, and parents' participation and support are equally important. Putting all the responsibilities on the teacher not only puts a lot of pressure on the teacher, but also makes the children lose the dual care of family and school.

High expectations

Every parent wants their children to be outstanding and walk in the forefront of life. This expectation is undoubtedly an incentive for children. However, excessive standards and requirements may bring heavy pressure to children. Does it really meet children's interests and needs to enroll in various classes and pursue all-round development? Perhaps, we should listen to their voices more, let them learn in happiness and find their true self in growth.
