Cloud computing is not a pure technical concept, it is a new format formed by the integration of ICT technology and business model, and it is a new application model. Now many cities in China are deploying cloud computing, such as the "Xiangyun Project" in Beijing. Urbanization has brought people a convenient life, but at the same time it has also brought problems such as traffic congestion, environmental damage, energy shortage and employment shortage. This provides new market opportunities for information technology integration and enterprise business model innovation.
Neusoft believes that the construction of city-level cloud computing should be driven by the application needs of urbanization. Focusing on the various application needs of the city, Neusoft proposes to build a "cloud city" and reform the operation mode of various services in order to improve the competitiveness of the city's economy, society, culture and environment and provide a more harmonious environment for urban residents, enterprises, governments and tourists.
Urban application gives birth to "cloud city"
"Cloud city" is established on the basis of considering various factors such as urban economy, society and culture. Neusoft selects five major areas that are necessary for people's lives, related to people's livelihood and can stimulate the development of related industries, and builds five basic cloud service platforms, including health cloud, education cloud, traffic cloud, government cloud cloud and SME cloud, and establishes public cloud and industry cloud. Neusoft hopes to be the builder and service provider of "Cloud City".
Xikang cloud platform is a typical case of Neusoft Health Cloud construction. It includes four parts: personal and health service value network, Xikang health management center based on cloud service, interactive network covering individuals, families, enterprises and institutions, health terminal and various mature applications for individuals, families, enterprises and institutions.
The front end of Xikang cloud platform is connected to families, villages, communities and enterprises through the Internet of Things and sensors, and collects and monitors users' health data and automatically transmits it to the cloud platform. The cloud platform consists of data centers, medical experts and large-scale tertiary hospitals, and supports the functions of spreading medical knowledge, formulating health intervention programs, establishing healthy communities and health education. Through the health cloud, governments, hospitals, pension institutions, financial institutions, enterprises, insurance companies, etc. Together to form an ecosystem that can interact.
The construction of traffic cloud is mainly to alleviate the increasing traffic pressure in the city. Through the data analysis of the cloud platform, it provides navigation services for road vehicles, thus creating an efficient and smooth urban transportation system. In addition, the traffic cloud platform also provides artificial rescue, in-vehicle entertainment system, security and remote diagnosis services, as well as various services based on geographical location.
Education cloud has more users. Neusoft Education Cloud covers students, government clerks, R&D experts, retired people, tourists and other groups, aiming at providing a city-level digital education system, serving urban citizens and improving their cultural literacy.
Government cloud is a public cloud platform, which is the basic platform for managing data based on various functional departments. By integrating information, we can share resources and provide services on demand.
Enterprise cloud is a new opportunity and market in the field of cloud computing. According to the different needs of large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, different types of platforms are established. For large enterprises, Neusoft believes that a "cloud factory" model, that is, a digital factory, should be established to carry out cloud services in the whole life cycle of the enterprise, including cloud design, cloud manufacturing and cloud services, so that every product structure adjustment of the enterprise is intelligent. When serving small and medium-sized enterprises, cloud platform operators should use government resources to establish a public cloud service platform for enterprises to use in human resource management, small ERP management, logistics management and so on. , thus reducing the IT cost of enterprises and helping enterprises to improve efficiency.
Cloud services are everywhere. In addition to these "five auspicious clouds", "Cloud City" can also cover e-commerce cloud, logistics cloud, environmental meteorological cloud, media cloud, search cloud and so on.
First of all, we must plan a "cloud city".
In the past, people had a misunderstanding about cloud computing, thinking that building cloud computing should first buy a large area of land and establish a data center. But in fact, cloud computing is not a complete technical problem, but an innovation of business model, which changes the past self-built model of enterprises into a model of purchasing related services through on-demand payment. The biggest market of cloud computing is the public service field. Neusoft believes that building a "cloud city" must first have an overall plan, then implement it according to the plan, and finally the most important, complicated and difficult part-operation.
The design and planning of cloud city should be application-driven and designed according to the overall needs of the city. Key applications can be piloted first, and then extended to other application fields after accumulating certain experience. When designing and planning a city, we should give full consideration to security and scalability, consider the practicality of physical space, and provide an extensible cloud platform with corresponding hosts and other equipment according to the rationality of network requirements in different cities.
In addition, in the implementation and operation, we should adhere to the principle of "the government sets up the stage and the enterprises sing the opera". Government departments promote applications, and enterprises are responsible for operations and related services. The service fee paid by users will be used for storage and network re-expansion.
Operation service is a new market valued by Neusoft. To this end, Neusoft has established a cloud creative center, which is equivalent to a company-level R&D center, established a unified cloud management platform, and then used health cloud and education cloud to create practical cloud industry applications.
At present, Neusoft has established pilot cities of healthy cities in Tangshan, Chengmai, Wuxi, Zhengzhou and Anshan, integrated the medical resources of these cities, established dynamic health records and realized the sharing of regional medical resources. Neusoft's "Healthy Tangshan, Happy People" project for Tangshan covers 7.3 million local people.
On 20 1 1 year, Neusoft celebrated its 20th birthday all over the country, and put forward three goals for its future efforts: globalization, transformation and excellent operation. Cloud computing is a typical service-oriented form. Therefore, transformation is an important task of Neusoft. In the future, Neusoft will strengthen the development of service-oriented business and shift from B2B to B2C in the field of health management and education.
In the future, we also hope that through the development of global business, the income from international business can account for more than 60% of Neusoft's total income, and make more contributions to the economic development of China and the development of IT technology in the world.
