1. The College of New Technology of Hubei Engineering University is located in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. In March 2003, the Hubei Provincial Department of Education approved the pilot project, and in February 2004, it was approved and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. It is an independent college at the undergraduate level organized by Hubei Engineering University. By March 2023, the college has 6 teaching departments and/kloc-0 public departments, offering 35 undergraduate majors and 23 specialist majors.

As of March 2023, in recent years, students have won numerous awards in national, provincial and ministerial competitions.
