Sias International College of Zhengzhou University is a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution invested by Sias Group Company of the United States and cooperating with Zhengzhou University and Heisburg State University of Kansas, USA. It is the first full-time undergraduate college in Henan Province approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee to implement overseas bachelor's degree education cooperation program, and it is also the first batch of colleges and universities to pass the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools by the Ministry of Education of China.
