Department level. Jiangxi, referred to as Jiangxi for short, is one of the 23 provinces in China, with Nanchang as its capital. The Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee of the National People's Congress is a special committee established by the first meeting of the Sixth National People's Congress in June 1983. It is the permanent body of the National People's Congress, and it is under the leadership of the National People's Congress.
