Renshoutang is located in the village group of Tongchuan Village, Hongxing Township in the late Ming Dynasty.

Tongchuan Village: Tongchuan Village is located in the southwest of Hongxing Township. The village has jurisdiction over five villagers' groups, namely Zhaishang, Wangcun, Hecun, Tangchuankou and Yicun, with a total of 240 households and 948 people. The village covers an area of 20 12 hectares, including 39 hectares of cultivated land, 40 hectares of tea gardens and 0/.870 hectares of woodland. Simple forest road, 9.8 kilometers long, runs through the whole territory. This is a typical remote mountain village with forest, bamboo and tea as its main economic sources. The landform features of this village belong to deep mountains and narrow valleys, with most mountains, and a few flat lands with different widths on both sides of the narrow river.
