What are the Five Sages of Confucianism?
The five sages of Confucianism refer to Confucius and his disciples Yan Zi, Ceng Zi, Zi Si and Mencius. The five sages of Confucianism occupy an important position in the Confucian school, and are highly praised by Confucian scholars in past dynasties, which has a far-reaching influence on future generations.

A famous thinker in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. Zisi was taught by Confucius' great-grandfather and great-grandfather.
