What is the importance of communication in family education?
During my internship in Chaozhou Technical School, I realized more and more the importance of communication in family education through the usual communication with students, the introduction of the class teacher and the questionnaire survey of students of all grades. Communication is the premise for people to understand each other and solve various problems, and it is also an indispensable bridge for spiritual communication between parents and children. There are many ways to communicate, and good communication can get unexpected results. In particular, parents should know how to communicate with their children to understand their psychology and needs, so as to shape a good family education. The following is my investigation and analysis:

Friendly exchange:

According to the data in the questionnaire, there are 86. 4% students want their parents to be friends. It can be seen that they hope to be equal to their parents and can communicate with each other like friends. Everyone is equal, dare to say anything, and are willing to talk about any troubles. In this way, parents can know their own needs and troubles according to their children's voices, and they can also know their children's personality characteristics and preferences more clearly, so as to know what they should do, try to cooperate with their children purposefully, and give them a purposeful and good education.

However, many students say that parents cannot treat themselves equally. They always talk to themselves in a condescending tone and posture. I don't want to talk to them many times. I hope they can treat each other equally as friends. Therefore, in order to let children relax their vigilance, let them accept themselves, be willing to communicate with themselves and talk psychologically, we must first treat them equally and treat them like friends. Friendly communication can make parents and children reach a consensus, which is very important for both sides.

Understanding communication:

It is the common psychology of many parents to expect their children to succeed and their daughters to succeed. Therefore, if a child makes a little mistake, he will be very anxious and angry. If it is light, he will scold, and if it is heavy, he will learn a lesson. I didn't know it would leave a shadow on my child's childhood. They know they made a mistake, they need their parents' help, and they need their parents' understanding more than scolding and beating. As a parent, don't rush to scold a child when he makes a mistake. First, listen to the cause and effect of children's mistakes, first give him some understanding, guide him to make a heartfelt statement, let them understand the consequences of their mistakes, and let them know how to reflect on themselves and turn over a new leaf.

According to the survey data, nearly 9 1% students do not support domestic violence, and 9. 1% students know about domestic violence. Obviously, domestic violence is a kind of harm and poison to children, which will make children close their hearts when their parents don't want to understand themselves and produce rebellious psychology, thus creating a gap between them. This is the last thing parents want to see, so it is very important for parents to give their children some understanding and correct guidance.

Friendly and trusting communication

59. 1% students feel that a good family environment has a great influence on them, 85.7% students occasionally ask their families for help when they encounter difficulties, while only 9. 1% students often ask their families for help. The disparity in data is enough to show that there are certain factors. In all cases, communication is the most critical.

Parents and children can communicate well, know their own personality characteristics and understand each other. Then, this family is less violent, less angry, more kind, more warm and smiling. Such a good family environment ensures children's physical and mental health and is more convenient for the implementation and development of family education.

Some children, when they encounter difficulties, some will solve them themselves, but they can't. They usually turn to the people they trust for help, and parents should bear the brunt, but only 9. 1% of students often turn to their families for help. It can be seen that many children still can't fully trust and rely on their parents, because they lack friendship and trust. The fundamental reason is that they lack a bridge-communication. What they need most is communication between the two sides to realize mutual friendship and trust. Don't put pressure on children, don't add trouble to children. When they are in trouble, parents should care about them like friends, communicate with each other in a friendly way, and trust each other, so that children can tell you their troubles and their difficulties. Then we will work together to solve the difficulties, so that children can trust you more sincerely, and parents can get better results through timely education.

Based on the survey data and the above analysis, it is obvious that communication is a bridge for people to reach trust and exchange, and it is also an indispensable factor for parents and children to live in harmony and have a good family education. Good family education, communication is the premise, and knowing how to communicate is an element that parents can't ignore. This is the key and essence of family education.
