Public education in China is not a public institution. Zhonggong Education Group was established in 1999. Since its establishment, Zhonggong Education has developed from an information technology and education service institution started by Peking University graduates to a comprehensive enterprise group in the education service industry. It is a collection of civil servants, reference civil servant managers, staff of public institutions, village cadres and other public officials to take exams, educate and study, train before exams, and edit, publish and teach books, videos, networks, teaching materials and other products.
