First of all, successful kindergarten management must complete a task. This task can be summed up in four words, namely "educating people in an all-round way". How to accomplish this task, I have realized the "four ones" in the practice of preschool education for many years: first, the head of the school should have a correct idea. Facing the choice of market economy, kindergartens need to have their own characteristics to have vitality, but to have their own characteristics must be based on the true nature of socialist education. This basic point is to "educate people in an all-round way" for the purpose of transcending limited utilitarian purposes. This requires the director to change from the previous education that most children are "foil" for a few children and only pay attention to intellectual education to a good education that allows every child who comes to the park to get a preliminary "all-round development" in body, intelligence, morality and beauty from an early age. In view of this idea, this year's "June 1", I organized a performance, instead of just letting a few children with the quality of singing and dancing on stage as in previous years. Secondly, the director should have a teaching foundation. Over the past 20 years since the reform and opening-up, China has formulated a series of laws and regulations on preschool education, among which the Kindergarten Education Outline (198 1 109), which was tried out in June, and the Kindergarten Work Rules (1999), which was formally implemented in June, have always been for us to make work plans and supervise teachers to complete education. Third, directors should have a management system. As the saying goes, "a hero has three gangs." Factory directors should establish a management system and be good at controlling this system to exercise their respective management functions. This system should be composed of four systems: ideological education system, education and teaching system, health care system and logistics general affairs system, and each of them should perform its duties in "holistic education". Fourth, the director should have a work center. In the complicated daily work, the director should start with the improvement of teachers' quality, the improvement of kindergarten equipment, the coordination of parents' work and other aspects that complement the healthy growth of children and seize a center. The central task of this kindergarten is to do a good job in education and teaching. Therefore, the head of the school should always go deep into reality and strive to find an ideal way for children to develop in an all-round way.
Second, successful kindergarten management must "play" these "two roles". The director's "two roles" are not only the "commander" who gives orders to the whole kindergarten, but also the "combatant" who dares to be the first to take the lead. Only in this way can the director improve his personality charm. In the past, people often praised the director who worked hard in front; Now, this hard-working spirit needs to be further developed, but it is not enough. The new characteristics of children's development in the new century and parents' expectations for early childhood education put forward new requirements for children's education. This urgently requires directors to have forward-looking thinking ability in the face of modernization characterized by informationization, marketization, high technology and intelligence. When strengthening the study in this field and meeting the new challenges, the headmaster should also change "learning from me" to "learning from me" and have more innovations and ideas. If a "general" can charge as a "foot soldier", then there must be no weak soldiers under a powerful general.
Third, successful kindergarten management must weigh the "three laws". At that time, I just took the leadership position, and I was afraid that someone would not accept it. Kindergarten management often relies on meetings, reports, arrangements and orders to promote work. Although I have made some achievements, this "administrative" approach often makes me feel that there seems to be an "oil-water" relationship between me and the faculty. I gradually realized that teachers don't like simple and blunt administrative instructions and heavy tasks, which are often done in a relaxed and harmonious interpersonal atmosphere. With centripetal force, work is cohesive. It is for this reason that the so-called "everyone gathers firewood and the flame is high". After I connected several "steps" in my work, in order to keep my honor, I consciously or unconsciously adopted the method of "caretaker" and relied on the rewards and punishments of the system to maintain my work. It is true that it is necessary to establish a strict system, but it is not the best choice to rely solely on rewards and punishments, because this method does not make the enthusiasm of faculty and staff work based on the time limit of role identification and lacks certain appeal. So we can't arouse their sense of ownership and responsibility for their work. This situation has prompted me to constantly think about the causal relationship of success in management and try to adjust my management behavior. In practice, I realized that the "expert" management mode with "scientific research as the guide" should be the direction of our efforts. To this end, I often give teachers "burden reduction" and "guidance" to guide, encourage and help them. I am sincerely happy for any teacher who has successfully taught in public and written an article. Because I have nothing else to ask for, I am willing to be a "ladder" so that young teachers can pass on my shoulders smoothly. Appreciate and weigh several methods of the director, and think that only with the management style of "scholar" and "expert" can we bring out a team of teachers who meet the requirements of implementing quality education. Then, kindergarten directors should focus on creating an environment suitable for teachers to carry out teaching and research work.
Four, successful kindergarten management must give full play to the "four functions". These four roles, first, the director should play the core role of uniting the team. If the director can unite a group of people, he will have a "think tank" around him. Only by "brainstorming" can we be "cautious". Second, the director should play an exemplary role among teachers. As a director, if you want to exert your non-power influence, you must take the lead in setting an example and practice. Do what the teacher is asked to do first. Only in this way can people be convinced. The third is to play the role of garden wind as the wind source. The director himself should strive to get rid of the fetters of worldly material desires, make himself an imitation idol, and give strong psychological hints to the faculty and staff of the whole park, so as to gradually straighten out the whole park. Fourth, we should play a role in supervising and protecting children. This requires the director to think about the children's physical and mental health, such as regularly checking the safety of large toys, paying attention to the hygiene of diet, "nip in the bud" and always putting the children's life safety first.
Five, the successful management of kindergartens must standardize the "five qualities". The director himself should standardize five qualities: morality, learning, talent, knowledge and style. In practice, I sum up these five achievements into five sentences as my motto. This is "pay attention to ideological transformation and achieve pure and noble character;" Pay attention to theoretical study and be politically sober and firm; Pay attention to diligent practice and realize the all-round development of talents; Pay attention to learning business, generous and profound in common sense; Pay attention to seeking truth and being pragmatic, and have a democratic and solid style. "
2 1 century is coming. What kind of kindergarten should we bring into the new century? This is a question that I often think about. Under the social background of market economy, it is not easy for kindergartens to stand out from many competitors and run their own characteristics. If the nature, scale, teachers, equipment and other natural conditions of each kindergarten cannot be the same, then I feel that the above-mentioned "five elements" involved by the director in management have certain commonalities. I will make up my mind to grasp it well, concentrate on doing nothing and do a good job in preschool education, which is also my lifelong goal in my career.
The above are the suggestions of the director for the successful management of the kindergarten, which I hope will be useful to everyone.
