Reflections on reading ability of reading teachers
Part one: Teachers' reading ability and feelings after reading.

After reading the book "Teachers' Reading Ability" during the holiday. I have a deep feeling and experience, from which I have benefited a lot.

This book tells the history of a person's spiritual development, which is his reading history, and highlights the important role of reading in the process of people's growth. As a teacher, the fundamental task of education is to educate people, and the corresponding Civil Morality, Scientific and Cultural Knowledge and Physical and Mental Health Standards were formed yesterday. What we do is to face yesterday, understand yesterday and even remember yesterday. This is actually the inheritance of culture, and reading is so important. However, in real life, reading is not taken seriously. While we are still anxious about the reading situation, a reading revolution is quietly going on, and we can see that books put forward new requirements for reading.

How terrible the mental poverty caused by the poor reading ability of teachers is. A teacher's happiness comes from his own growth, and this influence will continue to affect students. A teacher is like a beam of light, but can we really let this beam of light ignite another beam?

It is mentioned that educational literacy should be cultivated for life. When I read it carefully, I couldn't help thinking and feeling ashamed. Indeed, as a teacher, it is urgent to improve one's own quality, including subject quality, postgraduate quality and language quality. Discipline accomplishment is to master the subject you teach. We may only be familiar with junior high school textbooks in this subject, and there is no systematic research textbook. However, in terms of subject literacy, there are still many courses to make up. In studying students' literacy, I think the biggest deficiency in teaching is the lack of communication with students. Although we often say "student-oriented", we ignore studying students. I think studying students should understand their thinking. What are they interested in? What do they think? How do they study? How much do they know about the content of the textbook? What is known? What is the unknown? Ausubel, a famous American psychologist, said: "If all the contents of educational psychology must be reduced to one principle, I would say that the most important factor affecting learning is what students know. If you understand this, you should carry out corresponding teaching. " The "known" here should be understood as not only referring to the existing knowledge in students' minds, but also including students' cognitive structure. In fact, if it is too easy for the teacher to talk about a class, it is good to prepare lessons carefully. If you don't know the situation, the effect of the class will not reach the expectation. Therefore, students can choose to attend the lecture or not. The teacher is talking very hard and the students are doing something else.

Therefore, as a teacher, it is more important to respect students' wisdom, listen to their voices, protect their curiosity and thirst for knowledge, and pay attention to teachers' language literacy. So what is a teacher's language literacy? It is a basic accomplishment that teachers must have to express their thoughts, feelings, opinions and opinions accurately and normatively in their mother tongue in education and teaching activities, which generally includes professional language, body language and emotional language. No matter what subjects teachers teach, they should have skilled professional language, rich situational language and emotional language. In the process of preaching, teaching and solving doubts, it is necessary to achieve "teaching by writing" and "integration of literature and Taoism" to improve students' learning enthusiasm and classroom teaching efficiency. This is the requirement of education itself, the requirement of teachers' profession and the requirement of the times for education.

Napoleon once said, "There are two most powerful things in the world, one is the sword, the other is the thought, and the thought is more weighty than the sword." Only when teachers form distinctive and unique ideas can they shine in the starry sky of education.

We should not only cultivate the habit of thinking, but also think peacefully, which is often cultivated, developed and sublimated in our leisure time. Ouyang Xiu, one of the eight masters in Tang and Song Dynasties, once said that as a teacher, in the face of busyness, we should actively create a space for thinking and strive to maintain a leisurely attitude. Can be in a sunny afternoon, can be in a quiet night, even for a short moment, alone to make a cup of tea, away from the noise, put aside impetuous, let thoughts flow freely over time. Grasp what wisdom is in the dribs and drabs of education; Feel what happiness is in plain details. In "Feeling Happiness and Realizing Success" published by China Teachers' Daily, Teacher Zhou Qun revealed the secret of riding a bike to work. It turned out that she used the distance of nearly 1 hour every day to recall the education and teaching that day. Over time, Mr. Zhou's classroom teaching ability has been improved in the "bicycle room", and teaching and scientific research have achieved fruitful results in the "bicycle room". Riding a bike to work, my colleague feels too hard and shabby, but she doesn't know that she enjoys happy thinking and gains the joy of success. Let education be full of thoughts, let thinking become a habit, let us pursue a higher realm of life in the process of constantly surpassing ourselves, regardless of the cold and heat, regardless of the ups and downs.

So let reading be your own way of life! Let reading become a bond of mutual help among peers! Let reading meet the challenges of the new era!

Part II: Teachers' reading ability and feelings after reading.

The history of a person's spiritual development is actually a person's reading history, and the spiritual realm of a nation depends largely on the reading level of the whole nation. It can be seen that reading plays an important role in people's growth, and it should be a main line running through people's growth. Teachers' professional characteristics determine that teachers' reading atmosphere can best affect students' and society's fashion. Only teachers who love reading can cultivate students who love reading and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to love reading. Teachers who love reading are intangible assets of society. "If your students feel that your thoughts are constantly enriched, if they are sure that what you said today is not what you said yesterday, then reading will become your students' spiritual needs. "Teachers, to do a good job in teaching and educating people, we must first be a real scholar.

Reading makes more teachers grow.

As teachers, we should realize that we should learn more than students, and we should learn better than ordinary people. To be an excellent expresser, we need a lot of reading. We should learn to constantly reflect, gradually cultivate and develop our own ability of judging, thinking and analyzing teaching practice, and further deepen our understanding of practice until a more systematic education and teaching theory is formed. But teaching reflection is not meditation, nor is it a person's memory. Teaching reflection should be a directional and targeted behavior, and it is also a serious thinking process that needs theoretical support. Of course, if teachers want to get strong theoretical support, they must read a lot, make teaching reflection more than surface, thus constantly enriching classroom teaching content and gradually internalizing it into a kind of ability through teaching practice. In order to better adapt to the requirements of the new situation for teachers' profession, we teachers should have the consciousness of professional growth, take professional growth as their own conscious pursuit, take reading as an effective means to promote professional growth, and form a proactive reading concept. Take reading as your lifestyle, improve your professional level through uninterrupted reading, and achieve a win-win situation in serving students, schools and promoting your own growth.

Reading gives you a sense of professional happiness.

Of course, without the status quo of teachers, there is no sense of professional happiness. However, the professional nature of teachers is closely related to their spiritual life, and teachers should have a high-quality spiritual life. Suhomlinski believes that teachers should regard reading as their first spiritual need, just like hungry people do for food. For teachers, reading is not only the spiritual needs of teachers, but also the needs of teachers' work. The growth experience of many excellent teachers proves that excellent teachers read books. The improvement of educational skills is precisely because they insist on reading, reading well and reading well. In fact, these excellent teachers are also enjoying the happiness of this profession and living a happy and complete educational life.

Reading is so important, but the reality is not optimistic. Teachers' reading situation is also not optimistic. Many teachers regard teaching materials, teaching references and teaching AIDS as the apple of their eye. Teachers who don't study have a narrow vision and lack of new things in class, which leads to low classroom efficiency. We often attribute the main reason for not studying to being too busy at work, but many teachers may not study when they have time and leisure. Extensive reading has not really become a necessity for teachers. We must face up to this reality. As a teacher, we must realize the particularity of teaching. Teaching quality is closely related to the implementation of reading and quality education. Therefore, teachers should read more books. For teachers' reading, I got some enlightenment from "Teachers' Reading Ability":

(1) Teachers should pay attention to "nutritional balance" in reading. An excellent teacher should have perfect knowledge structure, profound professional knowledge, profound theoretical foundation and broad humanistic vision. To be a truly excellent teacher, these three pieces of knowledge are indispensable, and teachers must have an open, rich and integrated knowledge background. It can be seen that teachers should pay attention to structural balance in reading, don't just read a certain kind of books, and don't ignore other books because one kind of books is easy to read.

(2) Reading time should be guaranteed. If you always use the lack of time as an excuse and study little, then everything will only become empty talk. Actually, it doesn't take much time every day. The key is perseverance. "Time is like water in a sponge. You always have to squeeze. " Lu Xun said.

Reading is very important for teachers. Let's study quietly, think quietly, feel the unique good mood brought by reading, and enjoy the happiness and happiness of reading!

Chapter three: Teachers' reading ability and composition after reading.

In the summer vacation, I carefully read Liu Bo's reading ability. In the long-term reading practice, the author has gone through three stages: improving his works, infatuating with education and perfecting himself. This book details the process of his continuous improvement through reading.

Teacher Liu said that if a person has a strong motivation to study, it is no longer difficult to persist in reading. In his book, he cited the example that Zhou, a 57-year-old boarding aunt of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, insisted on reading a book every week, which was reported by Guangming Daily, indicating that reading should become a teacher's lifestyle. A teacher with career pursuit can enter the fast lane of career growth through active reading even if he lives in the gap of exam-oriented education. For those teachers who don't study, reading is "self-help". With the inherent reading motivation, how to find a suitable reading path, Mr. Liu's personal experience gives the answer: First, subscribe to high-quality journals for professional reading and comprehensive reading; The second is to use online channels for reading. In the book, he introduced his online reading resources in detail, including electronic links of newspapers and magazines, famous blogs and Weibo's address, and some excellent ones were also included in his "online reading" vision; The third is to know the latest book information and collect new books as soon as possible. These educational books not only made Liu Bo enjoy high-quality reading, but also consolidated his professional knowledge.

After reading this book, my deepest feeling is that when reading becomes an inseparable part of teachers' work and life, teachers' reading ability becomes educational productivity. First of all, reading urges teachers to think deeply and form profound professional thinking and problem-solving ability. Secondly, reading urges teachers to pick up pens and consciously embark on the road of educational writing. I remember that in the development model of "three majors" advocated by Zhu Yongxin, vice president of China Education Association, "professional reading" came after "professional writing". Reading is accumulation, writing is sublimation, and writing is to better precipitate those high-quality thoughts in the reading process; Furthermore, reading can promote teachers to form a force for sustainable development. In the book Overcoming Skills Panic through Reading, Professor Chen Yukun, director of the Training Center for Middle School Principals of the Ministry of Education, is quoted as saying that the ideal teacher should "illuminate others and enrich himself", and pay blindly without constantly injecting new energy, which will inevitably lead to his "skills panic".

Of course, I personally feel that my reading ability and energy are limited, and I really can't read as many books as Mr. Liu does every day, but if I can read as much as possible, it will definitely help us more. I remember a leader once told me that "more scholars can be independent, and the problems encountered in teaching will not be ambiguous and erratic."

Chapter four: Teachers' reading ability and feelings after reading.

Chapter Five: Teachers' Reading Comprehension

This summer vacation, I was lucky enough to read the book "Teachers' Reading Ability" by Liu Bo. On the one hand, I deeply admire the charm shown by Mr. Liu in this book. Every sentence is reasonable and profound. On the other hand, I am deeply ashamed that as a teacher, I pay so little attention to reading.

This book is divided into four parts. The author shared his ideas and methods from four aspects: teachers should become real readers, reading is the only way to grow up, the road map to promote teachers' reading, and the combination of reading and writing to speed up growth. After reading Mr Liu Bo's blog, I admire him even more. He himself is the best proof of "the power of reading", which is more convincing than any language and writing.

Stimulate teachers' reading awareness and take active actions. For me now, this book is undoubtedly a lamp of hope, which makes me see my way more clearly and understand my way more clearly.

I remember when I was studying, my happiest thing was reading. Now, instead, I shirk it for various reasons and attribute not studying to busy work. It's ridiculous to think about it now. I remember Suhomlinski once said, "A real person should have a spiritual treasure in his soul, that is, he read one or two hundred books all night." Teacher, preach and teach. If even teachers who are cultural communicators stop reading, what about the flowers of the motherland? I didn't read as much as possible, let alone the realm of Suhomlinski. Reading by candlelight at night seems like a long time ago. Moreover, real reading is not just reading textbooks and various teaching AIDS.

The 10th national reading survey in 20 13 shows that Jews read an average of 64 books a year, while European and American countries read an average of 16 books a year, Nordic countries read an average of 24 books a year, and Koreans read an average of 1 1 books a year. There is a big domestic gap in this respect. Today, with the increasing voice of reading for all, teachers should become the leaders of reading for all.

In this book, "Because we don't study, our work is very busy", which makes me think deeply. Usually, because of not reading, narrow vision, lack of innovative and stereotyped teaching methods in class, lectures are boring. Teachers are struggling to give lectures, students are sleepy, and classroom efficiency is minimal. Especially as a class teacher, it's the first time I've come into contact with so many children, and many methods and abilities to deal with things can't be learned in college classes. More often, when I finish something, I find that there are actually better ways to get better results. In fact, many excellent class teachers have their own unique cheats to deal with these trivial matters in educational books. If you don't study, you may always make a mess of things, or you may never know how to finish the work faster. Every little makes a mickle, and you will get busier and busier.

As a teacher, we should regard reading as a normal life and a good habit that we should stick to for a long time. Reading is an effective way for teachers to move from qualified teachers to excellent teachers. The freshest education must come from life and is closely related to the society in which we live. Stories that happen every day in life may become teaching materials, and whether they can be captured depends on reading. Facing the increasingly fast-paced modern life and increasing pressure, isn't it a pleasant thing to be friends with books, stay away from noise, put aside impetuousness and enjoy reading? Imagine sitting in front of the bookcase at home after a hard day's work, making a cup of tea alone, picking up a favorite book and savoring it slowly. Before going to bed, I lay lazily, leafing through the love books at the bedside, and fell asleep with a book fragrance, full of happiness. In some idle holidays, you can also concentrate on reading in the library with your classmates and feel a lot younger in an instant. Or sit on the soft grass, enjoying words and blue sky and white clouds. Capture wisdom in reading; Feel happy in plain details. Reading is so wonderful.

For me, this book may be a new starting point: it teaches me to pay attention to reading. In my later life, I will try my best to make time for reading, improve myself and serve students better.

Chapter Six: Teachers' Reading Comprehension

Nowadays, reading for all has become a national strategy. When national legislation promotes reading for all, how can teachers become the "leaders" of reading for all and truly return to the true colors of intellectuals as "cultural people"? This book is divided into four parts. The author shares his ideas and methods from four aspects: the necessity of teachers' reading, the promotion of personal growth by reading, the promotion of all-staff reading and the recommendation of teachers' reading. This book is not only a summary of Liu Bo's experience in reading and promoting reading as an ordinary teacher, but also provides us with a good case of reading promoting personal growth and creating a scholarly campus. We once again see the value and power of reading.

How far can a teacher go by professional reading? How can schools effectively promote teachers' reading? How can teachers find books that suit them? "These three questions on the cover of this book deserve our consideration, which can help us better feel the significance of reading to teachers' growth, find effective ways to promote teachers' reading, and help teachers establish a reasonable reading structure. All three questions can be answered from this book.

Improving reading ability should be the conscious pursuit of every teacher with a dream in his heart.

I don't know whether this is a coincidence or Liu Bo's intention. On the special day of "World Reading Day", I received the latest book "Teachers' Reading Ability" published by Liu Bo of Ningbo Zhenhai Renai Middle School. This really makes my heart happy and sweet. Delighted, I also had a brainwave, and temporarily decided to change the theme of this week's class meeting to "the power of reading-sharing spiritual food between teachers and students", which was welcomed by the students.

When I first "met" Liu Bo, I didn't intend to pay attention to his blog "Xianghai No.1". I am concerned because his blog is full of books, not only sharing his reading and his study, but also sharing his efforts to promote teachers' reading in school. Coincidentally, the school where Liu Bo works is the place where I interviewed for a job. I still remember and am grateful that the former principal of the school personally called my father and suggested that I teach in a high school, which made me feel very close. Since then, paying attention to his blog has become my routine practice, always looking forward to the update of his blog and sharing his happiness in reading.

In order to "know" Liu Bo again, I bought his first book "From Novice to Research Teacher-My Notes on Professional Growth" in Book City. It is no exaggeration to say that after teaching for seven years, this book really makes me feel "alert" in the coming year. When I read every word from page to page, I felt as if I had become a collection of countless contradictions. My heart is full of guilt and regret, and at the same time there is a fighting spirit and hope burning. My heart is rolling. Where did I go in the first five years of my career? What traces did it leave? My heart is stirring again. Where is my future? How to get there? But when I read the last word, I saw the road ahead clearly, and I was more confident and motivated to move on. In the book "From Novice to Research Teacher", Liu Bo shows readers the mental process of a teacher's growth with plain words and vivid and real cases. This is the spiritual portrayal of teacher development. Under the guidance of his mental journey, I also "got to know" famous artists such as Palmer, Zhang Wenzhi and Li Xigui. I have also read such famous books as Courage in Teaching, Education is a Slow Art, and Education for Individuals. I have also made great efforts to take a solid step in education and scientific research. In this book, he did not deliberately emphasize why he should study, why he should think and why he should write, because he himself is the best proof of "the power of reading, the power of thinking and the power of writing" and is a living example. This is more convincing than any language and writing. In his book, I was moved, infected and inspired by two viewpoints: first, teachers should "pay the bill" for their professional growth; Second, research should become a way of professional life, a means to improve teaching and a good way to enrich the mind. Based on these two viewpoints, looking back on the road I have traveled in the past two years, I feel very practical and fruitful.

Liu Bo's three "knowledge" are in the group of Teachers' Monthly and in a book department in the summer. After reading Liu Bo's works, I took the initiative to find and join this group. He doesn't talk much, but every time a new book comes out, he is always active. Not long ago, when I learned that he had a new book to launch, I initiated the first direct communication with him. When I dared to ask him for a signed new book, I didn't expect him to agree to my request very happily, and took the initiative to ask me for the number, saying that the new book would be mailed to me as soon as it arrived. When I hold this quiet new book full of green life, I have a feeling that I can't wait to read it Compared with the first work, there is less mental journey and more spiritual navigation; Less green and tender, more atmospheric tolerance; Less passion, more responsibility.

This may be a turning point. As far as Liu Bo is concerned, it will pay more attention to the spiritual growth of teachers, pay more attention to the improvement of teachers' reading ability, and devote itself to the improvement of teachers' reading. For me, this may be a new starting point: I am more clear about my own development direction, more confident in my own development, and more solid in my own development path.
