Prepare materials

Prepare your passport, foreign language education and degree certificate, foreign language study report (abstract of graduation thesis is required for master's degree or above), certificate of returned overseas students, certificate of final education before going abroad and other originals. Friends from other places can send a copy to the International Cooperation Office of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and indicate that it is consistent with the original, which will be reviewed by the employer or the local personnel department and stamped with the official seal.

Application process

Friends in Beijing can directly apply to the International Cooperation Office of the Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education, fill in the Application Form for Evaluating Foreign Academic Degrees of Returned Overseas Students, and receive the foreign academic degree certificate and degree certification within 15 working days after the materials are complete.
