Summary of XX City's Publicity Week on Honesty Construction
In order to comprehensively improve the level of integrity construction in our city, carry forward the spirit of integrity and cultivate integrity culture, according to the overall deployment of "20 14 Year of Integrity Construction" in XX Province, the Civilization Office of XX City launched the publicity week of integrity construction in the city. These activities are summarized as follows:
First, strengthen leadership and spiritual planning.
The first is to hold a meeting. On April 1 1, XX Municipal Civilization Office organized the Health Bureau, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, the State Administration of Taxation, the Local Taxation Bureau, the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and other departments to hold a special meeting, arranged and deployed the "Integrity Publicity Week" in 20 14, and put forward the work focus and tasks of the publicity week around the theme of "Integrity-based and Harmonious Symbiosis". The second is to set up a leading group. Set up a leading group of "Clean Government Publicity Week", with an office in the Civilization Office, which is responsible for the coordination and liaison of the publicity week. In order to clarify the job responsibilities and ensure the smooth development of the work, the "Notice of XX Civilization Office on Focusing on" Integrity Publicity Week "in the whole city" was issued. The fourth is to determine the activity time. April 14- 18 is the publicity week, April 14 is the time for concentrated publicity activities, and April 15- 18 is the time for activities of all units.

First, the State Taxation Bureau and the Local Taxation Bureau carry out tax law into enterprise activities. Combined with the "Spring Breeze Convenience Tax Action", five "tax publicity teams" were formed, led by the deputy director respectively, and went deep into the grassroots taxpayers such as Tiemei Lianfa Company, Liaoning Little Prince Food Co., Ltd., XX Long Da Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., Yatai Cement, Thai Chemical, etc. This activity took the form of piecemeal visits, field visits, and interactive discussions between tax enterprises. With the aim of "serving the masses, serving the grassroots and serving the enterprises", we will transfer policies and services, build an interactive mechanism between tax enterprises, tap the potential of tax service, integrate the tax service platform, and provide strong policy support and high-quality tax service for enterprises.
Second, the Health Bureau has carried out publicity activities with the theme of major public health projects such as women and children. Mainly in the form of leaflets, posters, voluntary counseling, free blood pressure measurement, etc. To publicize knowledge about major public service projects, breastfeeding, eye care knowledge, pregnant women's health care, etc.
It has attracted many people to stop and watch the consultation, and has been actively participated and praised by the masses. Third, the Price Bureau launched a publicity campaign with the theme of "promoting the construction of price integrity and cracking down on price fraud". Publicity activities include policy consultation, legal publicity, accepting complaints, price service, etc. More than 2,000 documents were distributed and more than 50 people were consulted. At the publicity activity site, the staff of the Municipal Price Bureau gave patient and meticulous answers to questions about water and electricity prices, commodity prices, property charges and so on, and interpreted the charging policy for agriculture-related services. Through this publicity activity, the Municipal Price Bureau made the masses deeply understand the laws and regulations closely related to price work, raised their awareness of usage, obeying the law and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests, and effectively promoted the harmonious consumption construction in our city.
Fourth, the Food and Drug Administration will publicize food and drug safety knowledge and related legal knowledge in various forms. The US Food and Drug Administration sent four supervisors to carry out food and drug safety publicity activities with the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision at the west gate of the Trade City. On the same day, more than 3 100 food and drug safety leaflets were distributed to the public, and more than 80 citizens were explained about food and drug safety.
This activity has improved the integrity consciousness of the whole society and further promoted the construction of the integrity system.
Fifth, around the theme of integrity building activities, the leaders of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau attached great importance to it and instructed a deputy director to arrange it personally. Provide a lot of manpower, financial resources and material resources, set up an information desk at the venue, hang publicity slogans and print five kinds of publicity materials. They are: the new "Consumer Law" booklet, the publication "Consumer Policy Information" published by the ×× Consumers Association, the highlight leaflet of the new "Consumer Law", the leaflet on how to guide farmers to buy seed fertilizer before spring ploughing, and the publicity board for distinguishing the authenticity of goods. Invite honest units to participate. Eight departments and 20 staff members participated in this activity. On-site distribution of various leaflets, on-site acceptance of questions raised by the masses and answers, praised by the masses. On the same day, more than 3,000 copies of various publicity materials were distributed and more than 5,000 people were contacted. By carefully sorting out and summarizing the work carried out in the previous stage, although the construction of our city's credit system has made some achievements, there are still some problems. In order to further consolidate the achievements, we will do the following work:
First, continue to increase publicity. Relying on various units and media, we will further carry out various publicity work. Continue to carry out activities such as "creating a civilized industry, building a satisfaction window", "customer satisfaction shop" and "rest assured shop", expand social participation and enhance the integrity awareness of merchants.
