2. Interview (50%)
The interview is divided into two parts: speech and defense. The content of the speech is the applicant's understanding of his declared position and school-running strategy. According to the ranking of written interview results, the candidates who enter the performance appraisal are determined according to the ratio of 1:2.

3, performance appraisal (30%)
(1) In recent five years, advanced educators (model workers), outstanding principals and backbone principals who have been commended by Party committees, governments or education administrative departments at all levels in China, provinces, cities and counties have scored 4, 3, 2 and 1 respectively.
(2) For those who have published teaching cases and papers of the first author in educational core journals ("CN" and "ISSN") at or above the municipal level in recent five years, the scores at the provincial and municipal levels are 2 points and 1 point respectively.

(3) According to the school philosophy, management level, teaching achievements, social reputation and other factors, the scores of excellent, good and average are 30-26, 25-2 1 and 20- 16 respectively.
