Amicus (1846- 1908), an Italian writer. He studied in Turin grammar school in his early years and later transferred to a military school. After graduation, he joined the army. 1866 and 1868 participated in the battle of coustosa. According to his military experience, he wrote sketches of Italian soldiers, which became an instant hit. He made a living by writing. Amicus traveled widely and wrote about Spain, Holland, Morocco and Istanbul. 1886, Amicus published the most famous novel "Education of Love" (formerly known as "A Boy's Heart"), which still enjoys a high reputation among readers. In addition, he wrote many poems, short stories and children's stories.
