Five, comprehensive quality evaluation
The comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school graduates is an important measure to meet the requirements of quality education, promote the curriculum reform of basic education, pay attention to the all-round development of students and comprehensively test the realization of the basic development goals of junior high school graduates. As one of the important bases for high school enrollment, all junior high schools must organize and implement the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school graduates in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Municipal Education Bureau.
Evaluation principle
1. The principle of combining process with result. Schools should give full play to the role of junior high school students' growth record book, and record and reflect students' growth in all aspects of junior high school.
2. The principles of openness, justice and fairness. The contents, standards, methods and procedures of the evaluation shall be announced to the students in advance, and the evaluation results shall be informed to the students themselves and their parents, and the list of students with "A" grades shall be publicized in the school. Students or parents have objections to the evaluation results, the school should promptly investigate, verify and deal with them.
(2) Evaluation content
The comprehensive quality evaluation is based on students' usual performance, activity records, study works, specialty potential, rewards and punishments, etc. And evaluate the development level of students' moral quality and civic accomplishment, exploration and practice, labor and skills, aesthetics and performance.
(3) Organization and management

2. Care for mountainous areas and weak schools

3. Directional enrollment methods
