What are the methods to prevent plague?
Plague disinfection staff should pay attention to personal protection in their work, must wear plague prevention clothing, and strictly abide by the operating rules and disinfection regulations to prevent pollution. If necessary, oral antibiotics can be taken to prevent it.

A complete set of epidemic prevention clothing includes: jumpsuit, triangular headscarf, eye protection, epidemic prevention mask, rubber gloves, rubber boots and blouse.

The method of putting on and taking off is as follows: first put on the jumpsuit and long rubber boots, put on the working cap, then put on the blouse, and finally put on the rubber gloves. After disinfection, the personal protective hand of the double 1 sterilizer is still immersed in 0.2% peracetic acid for 3 minutes, and stands in the medicine tank with 0.2% peracetic acid solution for 3 to 5 minutes with boots on. Then, take off the blouse with gloves and immerse it in 0.2% peracetic acid solution, take off the protective eyes and immerse it in 75% alcohol, and take off the mask and headscarf and immerse it in 0.2% peracetic acid solution.

Finally, take off your rubber boots and gloves, then take off your jumpsuit and disinfect your hands with a slightly irritating disinfectant.

2. Disinfection method

Indoor floors, walls, doors and windows and exposed appliances; Spraying effective chlorine disinfectant with 0.2%-0.5% peracetic acid solution. Action time is not less than 60 minutes. Indoor air; After the house is sealed, use 2% peracetic acid solution (8ml/m3) aerosol spray for 30 minutes to 60 minutes to disinfect the bacterial propagules and virus pollution. Clothing and bedding; Heat-resistant and moisture-proof textiles can be boiled and disinfected for 30 minutes, or disinfected by circulating steam for 30 minutes. Sweaters, blankets, bedding and chemical fiber nylon products that are not heat-resistant can be fumigated and disinfected with peracetic acid.

During fumigation and disinfection, the clothes to be disinfected are hung indoors, the door is sealed, the gap is stuck, 7ml 15% peracetic acid is used per cubic meter, and placed in a porcelain or glass container for heating and fumigation for LH ~ 2 hours. The patient's excrement, vomit, secretions and their containers; For thin excrement or vomit, 50g bleaching powder or 2000ml chlorine-containing disinfectant with available chlorine of 20g/L can be added per 100ml, and the mixture can be stirred evenly for 2h. Add 5g of dry bleaching powder or 1.5g of calcium hypochlorite or 10g/L of effective chlorine disinfectant 1000ml into the fecal urine, and mix well for 2 hours.

The formed feces can't be disinfected with dry bleaching powder, but 2 parts of 20% bleaching powder emulsion or 50g/L effective chlorine disinfectant can be added to 1 portion of feces, and mixed evenly for 2 hours. Tableware; Boiling disinfection 15min-30min or circulating steam disinfection for 30min is preferred. 0.5% peracetic acid solution or 250mg/L ~ 500mg/L dibromohydantoin solution can also be used.

In the prevention of plague, disinfection personnel must do a comprehensive isolation work and do a good job of disinfection after work. In daily life, we should thoroughly disinfect our homes and stay away from animals that can spread diseases, such as rats. If someone is sick, we need to know the treatment of this disease, so that we can treat the symptoms so far and recover as soon as possible.
