First, about learning, education and listening to opinions.

First, do a good job in ideological mobilization. Party organizations of government organs at all levels should carry out ideological mobilization extensively, and organize the broad masses of cadres in party member to seriously study the activities opinions and important speeches of leaders at all levels issued by the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Bureau Party Committee. We should persist in taking the lead, and the main leaders of Party organizations at all levels should personally deploy and take the lead in learning, clarify the guiding ideology, objectives, tasks, basic principles and methods, and clarify the overall requirements and key points of activities, so that the broad masses of cadres in party member can fully understand the great significance of carrying out educational practice activities and lay an ideological foundation for the in-depth development of educational practice activities.

The second is to seriously carry out study and education. In terms of content, Party organizations at all levels should adhere to positive education, carry out in-depth publicity and education in Socialism with Chinese characteristics, strengthen party spirit cultivation, party style and party discipline education and moral conduct education, and organize party member cadres to seriously study relevant expositions, selected documents and work plans at all levels of the mass line. The fourth is to go deep into the grassroots to solicit opinions. Members of the bureau leadership team who participate in educational practice activities should go deep into the grassroots and the masses, and take the form of sending letters to solicit opinions, holding symposiums and individual conversations. And further solicit opinions and suggestions from all sides on the basis of soliciting opinions in the year of style construction, so as to lay a solid foundation for checking, criticizing and solving problems.

Focus on four tasks:

Three, on the implementation of rectification, the establishment of rules and regulations.

The second is to strengthen discipline. It is necessary to take measures such as self-examination and self-correction, focusing on inspection, and ordering rectification, and carry out special treatment on problems existing in formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance. The third is to improve the long-term mechanism. On the one hand, we should sort out the existing system of implementing the party's mass line, and continue to improve and implement those that have been tested by practice and recognized by the masses; If it does not adapt to the new situation, new tasks and new requirements, it should be abolished or revised. On the other hand, it is necessary to further expand effective channels to reflect the demands of the masses, establish and improve a scientific and democratic decision-making mechanism and an assessment and evaluation mechanism for cadres' work style, practice strict economy, put an end to waste, strictly demand certain regulations on cadres' management, promote the improvement of work style, and keep close contact with the masses.

The fourth is to do a good job of summing up.
