I. Training objectives

Cultivate high-level academic professionals who love the motherland, support China's leadership, support the socialist system, abide by discipline and law, have good moral character, have a sense of social responsibility to serve the country and the people, have a solid basic theory and systematic professional knowledge in this discipline, have innovative spirit, innovative ability and the ability to engage in scientific research, teaching and management, have strong ability to solve practical problems, can undertake professional technology or management work, and have good professional quality.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:

1, a citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China).

2, support the leadership of China * * *, good moral character, law-abiding.

3. Physical health meets the prescribed medical examination requirements.

The physical examination standard of our school is implemented with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education.

4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and those who can graduate through self-study exams and online education must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate graduation certificates or foreign academic degree certification certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before September, 2023.

(2) Persons with a nationally recognized bachelor's degree (graduation certificate can be certified in Xuexin.com).

(3) Graduates who have graduated from higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years or more (that is, graduated before September 2002 1,1), and those with nationally recognized academic qualifications, apply for the exam with the equivalent academic qualifications of undergraduate graduation (hereinafter referred to as "candidates with equivalent academic qualifications").

The academic level of candidates with the same academic level should meet the requirements: after graduation, graduates or undergraduates from higher vocational colleges have completed eight compulsory undergraduate courses related to the subjects they applied for and passed the examination, and they can submit transcripts issued by the academic affairs departments of universities or provincial self-study offices at the postgraduate re-examination stage.

Note: Graduates with academic qualifications recognized by the state, undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education, and those with academic qualifications recognized by the state are not "candidates with equivalent academic qualifications" and are not subject to the above conditions.

(4) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.

(5) Graduate students must obtain the consent of the training unit (school level) and issue a certificate before they can register.

2. Those who apply for the Master of Laws (Law) are majoring in law before applying for it (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities, law graduates at the junior college level, law graduates in the form of self-study exams, and those who have obtained the second bachelor of laws degree can apply for it).

3. Applicants for MBA, public administration, engineering management [code: 12560 1], tourism management and education management [code: 045 10 1] must meet the requirements in the above (1). Or a person who has obtained a diploma or bachelor's degree from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, has reached the equivalent of a bachelor's degree, and has more than 5 years (including 5 years) work experience (the diploma was obtained before September 18); Or master's degree or doctor's degree with more than 2 years (including 2 years) working experience (degree certificate was obtained before September 20021year).

Among them, those who apply for a master's degree in education management must also be in-service teachers in the basic education or secondary vocational education system, excluding in-service personnel in enterprises, education and training institutions, universities and other units.

4. Those who apply for master's degree in part-time education in all fields (except education management) must be in-service teachers in the basic education or secondary vocational education system (that is, graduates of the class of 2022 and before), excluding in-service personnel in enterprises, education and training institutions, universities and other units.

Those who apply for other part-time professional degrees are recommended to engage in occupations related to the subjects they apply for.

(3) Other explanations.

1. Our full-time postgraduate students only recruit non-directional employment candidates (except some national special projects); Part-time graduate students only recruit directional employment candidates. Non-directional graduate students choose employment according to their own and employer's two-way choice, and directional graduate students choose employment according to directional contract.

2. Our school does not accept non-fresh graduates (that is, 1 undergraduates in grade 3) to apply for the exam.

Third, the registration method

(1) It is recommended that candidates who are exempt from the test register.

Candidates who are qualified to be recommended for exemption (including those recommended by the Graduate Education Group) must log in to the "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Postgraduate Recommendation Exemption" of the Ministry of Education (website: /tm) within the time specified by the state to fill in their volunteers and take part in the re-examination. Those who pass the examination and re-examination in our school will be admitted on the basis of merit. Please refer to the information released by the above-mentioned exemption system of the Ministry of Education for the application process of exemption students. Special reminder: students who have been admitted to our school are not allowed to sign up for the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.

(2) Registration of candidates for the national unified examination

Registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation. Candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online, confirm the online newspaper information according to the requirements of the registration point, cooperate with uploading or collecting relevant electronic information such as their own images, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations.

During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but each candidate can only keep one valid registration information (candidates can only fill in one subject of an enrollment unit when registering). If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified.

When choosing a test center, please follow the following principles:

(1) Graduates (including Shanghai household registration candidates) should, in principle, choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where the school is located.

(2) Non-fresh candidates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where their work or registration is located when registering and confirming online. Candidates applying for local household registration in East China Normal University are required to provide their Shanghai household registration book when choosing the test center of East China Normal University (code 3 1 1). 2. Preventive measures

Generally, the application conditions (qualifications) are comprehensively reviewed during the second interview. Before online registration, candidates should consult the catalogue of enrollment disciplines (majors) in our school (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue of Subjects), especially the information such as school code and name, department code and name, subject code and name, examination subject code and name, learning method (full-time or part-time), study years, tuition fees, etc. In particular, carefully check the preliminary examination subjects (in 2023, some departments of our school adjusted the preliminary examination subjects).

(2) Candidates should truthfully fill in the learning situation and provide real materials. If you fail to register as required, fill in the information in the online newspaper by mistake, omit or fill in false information, or choose the registration point as required, the candidates will bear the consequences themselves.

(3) Candidates should accurately fill in the rewards and punishments received, especially in the national education examinations such as the entrance examination for ordinary and adult colleges and universities, the national postgraduate entrance examination, and the higher education self-study examination. (VI) Candidates who apply for the special enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" (hereinafter referred to as the "soldier plan") should be college students who have joined the army and retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate entrance examination ("college students" refer to graduates (past) of full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges (including higher vocational colleges), graduate students, students with second bachelor's degrees, adult colleges (higher vocational colleges) and freshmen). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers when registering, and fill in their pre-enrollment information and relevant information such as enlistment and retirement as required.

(7) Candidates who meet the requirements stipulated in Article 59 of the National Regulations on Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2023 and apply for the policy of extra points in the initial test must fill in relevant information as required when registering online; Relevant departments will conduct an audit.

(8) After successful online registration, candidates should actively understand the examination arrangements, epidemic prevention requirements and other matters through regular consultation with provincial education entrance examination institutions, entrance examination sites and our graduate enrollment information network, and actively cooperate to complete related work.

(9) When registering online, candidates must sign the candidate's integrity test book and abide by the relevant agreed requirements.

3. Online confirmation

With their online registration numbers, valid resident ID cards and academic degree certificates (undergraduate graduates of adult colleges organized by ordinary colleges and universities, and adult colleges and universities hold student ID cards), each candidate will make online confirmation according to the requirements of the registration point within the specified time (please pay attention to the details, subject to the notice of the registration point), check and confirm the online registration information, pay the registration fee, upload or collect my image and other related electronic information, and will not reissue it after the deadline.

All candidates must carefully check and confirm their online registration information. The registration information will not be modified after confirmation. Please note the following:

If the registration information provided by the candidates does not meet the registration requirements, the examination will not be given.

Candidates applying for the "Shanghai Master of Education-Training Program" should also submit my "Shanghai Certificate of Standardized Training for Primary and Secondary School (Kindergarten) Trainees" and "Shanghai Master of Education Professional Degree Education and Recommended Approval Form for Standardized Training for Primary and Secondary School (Kindergarten) Trainees".

(4) Only candidates who have paid the registration fee and completed their own image collection can make online confirmation, and only the online confirmation records can be reported to the Ministry of Education.

Four, enrollment disciplines (professional) directory

The enrollment plan of our school can be found in the master's enrollment discipline (specialty) catalogue of our graduate enrollment information network, including degree graduates and professional degree graduates (the third "5" and "6" in the discipline code are professional degrees, and others are degrees).

In 2023, some enrollment discipline plans in our school will not be assigned to the research direction, while some enrollment discipline plans will be assigned to the research direction (retest score line, retest list and proposed admission list will be determined according to the research direction of application). The currently displayed enrollment plan is for candidates' reference; The final enrollment plan will be appropriately adjusted (increased or decreased) according to the number of plans issued by the Ministry of Education and the students' situation, and will be announced before the second interview.

In 2023, some professional degrees in our school will continue to recruit part-time graduate students, and their application methods, examination subjects, initial re-examination process and re-examination results are the same as full-time ones.

For details of the scope of the initial examination and the content of the second examination of each subject, please refer to the relevant columns of the Graduate Admissions Information Network (u.edu.cn) of our college.

The first test method is written test; Except "5 10 Proposition Design" (4 hours), the examination time of all subjects is 3 hours.

Candidates applying for design and art design in the School of Design should pay special attention to: (1) all homework works (including on-site proposition creation and interview portfolio, etc. Candidates must submit their own originals in the initial and second examinations. If plagiarism is found, points will be deducted and 0 points will be treated according to the seriousness of the case. (2) In the re-examination stage, the names, identities and contributions of other members of the team shall be indicated if the relevant works in the work set submitted by the candidates are completed by the team (if the omission causes infringement, the candidates shall bear the consequences).

2. Download and print the admission ticket

Candidates should log in to the research and recruitment network with their online registration user name and password about ten days before the exam, and download and print the admission ticket by themselves. The admission ticket is printed on A4 format white paper; During use, the front and back shall not be altered or written.

Candidates take the initial test and re-test with the downloaded and printed admission ticket and valid resident ID card.

3. Initial test time

24-25 February 2022 +65438. Examination subjects that take more than 3 hours or have special requirements such as using sketchpad (namely "5 10 proposition design") will be held on February 26th, 65438 (see the admission ticket for details).

4. Initial test site

The examination room is designated by the online confirmation test center. Candidates who choose the test center of East China Normal University (code 311) should note that the specific arrangement of the test center is subject to the notice of the graduate enrollment information network of East China Normal University. Please check the announcement of the test center in time and take the test according to the requirements of the test center. Candidates from other test sites should pay close attention to the notice of the corresponding test sites.

(2) Second interview

Our school carries out the second-round exam of the difference, and the difference ratio is generally not less than120%; Subjects where online students reach the enrollment plan number will not be adjusted. A small number of subjects need to be adjusted, all of them are adjusted through the R&D network adjustment system in China, and the proportion of adjustment and retest is higher than that of voluntary retest. The retest time is generally from late March to early April, 2023, and the specific time shall be subject to the notice at that time.

2. The enrollment plan of the "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" (hereinafter referred to as the "backbone plan") is implemented according to the relevant national documents, and the re-examination list of the "backbone plan" enrollment is determined according to the following principles: if the number of online candidates in the same province and city does not exceed the number planned by the province, all online candidates in the province and city will participate in the re-examination; Because the number of online candidates in a province and city is more than the planned number in the province, the relative deviation between the total scores of online candidates and the total scores of A-lines in subject countries is calculated according to the following rules, and then the retest list is determined according to the relative deviation of all candidates in the province where the candidates are located and 1: 1: relative deviation = (total scores of online candidates-total scores of A-lines in subject countries)/total scores of A-lines in subject countries. If the relative deviation is the same, the scores will be determined in the following priority order: minority candidates from Tibetan areas in four provinces, Nujiang in Yunnan, Liangshan in Sichuan, Linxia in Gansu and other places will be given priority, science and engineering subjects will be given priority, applied subjects will be given priority, minority language candidates will be given priority and minority candidates will be given priority.

Special note: the total number of Han candidates admitted to the "backbone plan" of our school does not exceed 10%, which is subject to the documents of the Ministry of Education in that year.

Our school's "backbone plan" does not accept adjustment.

3. Candidates in the "Soldier Plan" shall determine the re-examination list according to the following principles: If the number of candidates who exceed the national A line is less than the number of students to be enrolled in the "Soldier Plan" of our school (the total number of students in the "Soldier Plan" of our school minus the number of students who have been enrolled in the "Soldier Plan"), our school will separately determine the score line and announce it with the re-examination plan; If there are more candidates planned by soldiers than those planned to recruit soldiers, the relative deviation between the total score of online candidates in this subject and the total score of national A-line is calculated according to the following rules, and then all online candidates participating in the national unified examination are ranked according to this relative deviation, and the re-examination list is determined according to 1: 1: Relative deviation = (total score of online candidates-total score of national A-line subjects). Candidates who fail to enter the re-examination list according to the above principles are not allowed.

Our school's "soldier plan" does not accept transfers.

4. Candidates with the same academic ability must also take an additional test (written test) during the re-examination stage. The results of the extra test are not included in the total score of the second test, but those who fail the extra test cannot be admitted.

Sixth, enrollment.

Under the unified leadership of the school's leading group for postgraduate enrollment, the research and recruitment departments and departments of our school determine the list of candidates to be admitted according to the enrollment plan, candidates' initial test results, re-examination results, ideological and political quality and moral assessment, physical and mental health, etc., and in accordance with the relevant regulations of the higher authorities (see the re-examination plan announced before the re-examination in 2023 for admission rules).

Our full-time series of enrollment disciplines only recruit non-directional employment personnel (except for national special plans such as "backbone plans"); Part-time series enrollment disciplines only recruit targeted employment personnel, that is, they must sign a part-time postgraduate orientation training agreement. Graduate students with directional employment must issue employment certificates to the admissions unit before being admitted, and sign directional employment contracts with the admissions unit and the employer respectively (unless otherwise agreed in the "Shanghai Master Training Plan").

Seven, physical examination

The admission physical examination shall be organized after the proposed admission, with reference to the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Admission Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Admission Physical Examination of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (No.2 of the Education Department [2010]).

There are two ways for graduate students to learn: full-time and part-time

The basic study cycle (academic system) of degree graduates is generally 3 years. The basic study cycle (academic system) of professional degree graduates is generally 2-3 years.

Graduate students who have completed all the courses and compulsory links in the education and teaching plan within the prescribed study period, passed the examination, completed their graduation thesis and passed the defense, are allowed to graduate, and are issued graduation certificates (graduate students who are employed in the "backbone plan" and other parts of the country, and their certificate issuance policies are implemented according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education); Approved by academic degree evaluation committee, the school awarded master's degree and degree certificate.

IX. Tuition fees, scholarship policies and accommodation arrangements

Full-time graduate students in our school are included in the school scholarship system and have the opportunity to enjoy various funding policies provided by the school; Accommodation is provided by the school during the basic study period, and it will not be provided after the end of the basic study period.

Part-time graduate students in our school are not included in the scholarship system, and the school does not provide accommodation.

X. Other explanations

(1) Candidates should consciously establish a sense of obeying the rules and discipline and taking the exam honestly. During the initial test, consciously abide by the national postgraduate examination room rules and the examination room discipline of each test center; During the re-examination, I consciously abide by the relevant examination rules of the school and the "Integrity Re-examination Book" signed before the examination. Candidates, examination staff and other relevant personnel who violate the examination management regulations and examination room discipline and affect the fairness and justice of the examination in postgraduate examination enrollment shall be dealt with according to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examination (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education).
