China intellectual property distance education platform was established in 2002, which is a professional intellectual property online education platform initiated by China National Intellectual Property Administration. The platform provides public welfare training for students from enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions, government agencies and other industries. In recent years, the training scale of the platform has hit record highs, with a total scale of more than 8 million person-times. The platform provides free online education sub-stations for local intellectual property offices, universities and enterprises, which can meet the different training organization and management needs of each unit. By the first half of 2020, the platform has established 23 local sub-platforms and more than 200 local sub-stations. In 20 16, the platform cooperated with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and became the first platform in the world to obtain the independent operation right of WIPO online courses. The platform consists of learning platform, teaching guidance platform, data statistical analysis platform, teacher information platform, large-scale open online course platform and mobile platform. The platform design embodies the latest development concept of online education, with powerful functions and simple user operation. The platform brings together a large number of well-known experts and professionals in the field of intellectual property at home and abroad as course lecturers, and establishes a complete and scientific intellectual property course system. The number of courses has reached more than 400, covering different fields and levels. While providing students with systematic intellectual property training, they also provide students with targeted special training to help them improve their intellectual property ability in an all-round way.
