2. Candidates can get the password by filling in the SMS of their mobile phone number when registering. Note: SMS is an important way for candidates to retrieve their passwords. During the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, please carefully change your mobile phone number.

3. Candidates can call the customer service telephone of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education to reset their passwords during working hours (customer service telephone number 0 10- 82345677), and the customer service staff will manually reset their passwords after verifying the identity of the candidates.
