Ministry of Education

The Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) is the the State Council department in charge of education and language work in the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC). The Ministry of Education has 19 internal departments, and the "Secretariat of China National Committee for UNESCO" is also located in it. In addition, the Ministry of Education directly manages 15 educational social groups and organizations. From 1985 to 1998, the Ministry of Education is called the State Education Commission of the People's Republic of China.
