Zheng Wenhan's introduction
Zheng Wenhan (1920.1.23—2006.1.8), a native of Luoyang, Henan, joined China on 1938. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as the district captain, director and deputy political instructor, participated in the Nanniwan mass production movement and liberated Xin 'an and Mengxian counties. During the War of Liberation, he served as political instructor of the battalion, director of the political department of the regiment, deputy political commissar of the regiment, director of the political department of the regiment and political commissar of the regiment, and successively participated in the battles of defending Siping, blocking Jiangnan, Montenegro, Liaoshen, Ping Jin and entering Sichuan. After the founding of New China, he served as deputy director of the Political Department of the Division, deputy director of the Cadre Department, staff officer (secretary) of the Office of the Minister of National Defense, deputy director and director of the Office of the Deputy Secretary-General of the Military Commission, deputy director of the Warrior Publishing House of the General Political Department, and deputy director, director and vice president of the Office of the Academy of Military Sciences.
