Four. Employment and treatment:
The management of the employed personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Employment of Surplus Personnel in Taicang Municipal Organs and Institutions (Taiweiban [2065438+08] No.69), and the personnel agency employment method shall be adopted uniformly.
The probation period is two months, and those who pass the examination are formally employed and sign an employment contract with the employer. Those who fail to pass the probation period examination will be disqualified, and those who fail to pass the probation period examination or give up automatically will be replenished according to the total test scores from high to low.
The salary and welfare benefits shall be implemented according to document Tairenshe [2018] No.47, Guidance Opinions on Wages and Welfare of Non-staff Personnel in Taicang City.
In case of personnel (labor) dispute with the original work unit, the employing personnel shall be responsible for negotiation and settlement.
