Teachers should always strive to improve their professional quality and moral quality in the construction of teachers' morality. Noble teachers' morality is the source of power for the development of education, the minimum condition for being a teacher, and the important strategic content for the high-level and large-scale development of the school. Through the training and study of all teachers, I have learned advanced educational ideas, changed my ideas, and learned what kind of class is a good class, how to demand high quality and light burden. Through the introduction of the deeds of advanced figures, I understand that "everything is for children" and "protecting students is the bounden duty of teachers". The lofty sense of responsibility, love and selfless spirit of advanced figures in work and crisis are the loyalty of contemporary teachers to education and the soul of people's teachers. Strengthening the understanding of teachers' morality and the construction of teachers' team is an important policy of the CPC Central Committee to care for the next generation, and it is also the core of the school's long-term work of "building a school with morality", and it has been systematically carried out for a long time and gradually penetrated into various education and teaching work. In pedagogy, the first basic requirement for teachers is the requirement of teachers' morality, that is, teaching and educating people first. How do teachers improve their professional ethics? I have experience in teaching practice. Teachers should have "three hearts": dedication, responsibility and normality. What is enterprising spirit? Simply put, people's teachers should love education, teachers should realize the importance of education, link their teaching work with the rise and fall of the motherland, and see the significance of cultivating the next generation from ordinary teaching work. Only when teachers have a correct understanding of themselves can they have deep feelings for education and a strong sense of pride and honor in their work.
