Freshmen in Shaanxi Province: Use the "Shaanxi Party Building Information Platform" to transfer organizational relations, instead of using the paper version of organizational relations introduction letter. When transferring organizational relations, search the target party organizations in the system, such as the XX branch committee of XX College of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. Remarks: To transfer to a college, you must write your full name, and the target party organization cannot be "Shaanxi University of Science and Technology Committee". If the target party organization is unclear, you can contact the party Committee of the admission institution for consultation in advance.

Freshmen outside Shaanxi Province: If the system can be transferred online according to the actual situation of the province where the freshmen are located, use the relevant party member information system to transfer the online party organization relationship; If it is not possible to adjust online, use the paper version of the organizational relationship letter of introduction and send it to: XX College Committee of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology (responsible person); Transfer unit: admission institution (destination). After entering the school, go through the admission procedures at the admission institution with a letter of introduction of organizational relationship.
